Got Nerds

UPDATE: So, after taking Got Nerds to small claims court i was awarded the full amount I was seeking. Now, four months later I have NOT received my court award from Got Nerds and am now forced to place a lien against Got Nerds. What a disgrace!

Gerard was a mastermind when he fixed my tablet. When I asked him what was wrong with the tablet, he said that I had to use the browser that is on the tablet. That way, I can use the WI FI connection. And, it only took him 1 – 2 minutes to fix it! What a genius!

This is an update to the review I posted on 11÷9÷2014. After waiting approximately 5 months, I finally received payment from this company as reimbursement for services not rendered.

I found Got nerds through a friend of mine who highly recommended them. I have to say in my experience I have never had better customer service. The Got Nerds team helped develop a website for my Mothers business and I cannot say enough how seamless and easy the process was.
First and foremost the website was inexpensive which is refreshing after so many people try to make you pay thousands of dollars for horrible websites. The team especially Mourvi one of Got Nerds employees was so on top of the entire process and it was done within a week.
in addition any time I had any questions or concerns about the website or need to make any changes Got Nerds is right on top of it and whatever changes need to be made are usually done within that same day.
My mothers website looks amazing and whatever upkeep needs to be done I know I can count on Got nerds to get it done right away and not have to worry about my mothers business being misrepresented.
I highly recommend Got Nerds and their amazing staff to anyone with computer needs or someone looking to start a website.
