Greenpath Electric Bikes

I am an avid Unilocaler, yet even after great experiences I rarely take the time to write reviews (I know, it’s a shame).
However, Greenpath Electric Bikes was worth the effort. My father, who has suffered from Multiple Sclerosis for 30 years, had been doing his research on Pedego e-​bikes for some time. Problem is, he really has a hard time walking and lifting his legs over the frame of the bike to straddle it.
After calling many dealers, Greenpath was the distributor that had the bike he was looking for and was willing to allow my dad to test drive the bike.
This is only where it began. The guys at Greenpath were the most patient guys, very understanding of my fathers disability. They worked with him to put him into the bike that best suited his needs, even though it wasn’t the most expensive bike he was interested in. They spent well over an hour going over the features of each bike, test driving it, and helping my dad throughout the whole process. A solid group of guys and a great company I would be happy to do business again. Thanks guys.

The best E-​bikes shop in town! knowledgeable, polite and always available to answer my questions even after a few months from buying my first Electric bike.
I ordered the bike by phone and was delivered to my house a few days later. Excellent service from start to finish. Bravo!

This place is simply the best store for any sort of electric bike need in the New York TriState area. Period. They have over 50 bikes on display that you can test ride on a beautiful bike path in Bush Terminal Piers Park. The staff is super knowledgable and helpful. The sales person explained to me about all the different brands they carry, (A2B, Easy Motion, Stromer, Polaris, E-​Joe, Pedego and more) and the service tech, Jonathan, explained everything about the technical specs of the bike. He is an veteran of the US Navy and an electrical engineer, so he really knew what he was talking about. I love my bike and they have been super helpful since with answering my questions and helping me with service and upgrades.

They were knowledgable and friendly. A lot choices for all price ranges and purposes. You get to test drive the bike. Its a dope store.

Came here recently for an electric bike after an exhaustive search for one. Before coming here I spoke to David and he was quite helpful. In person the experience was even better.
I walked out of here with a bike that fit my budget and perfect for my needs.
You won’t get that hard up sell here. What you will get is superior service, accurate and honest suggestions and straight forward advice. I’d recommend coming here for any ebike needs.
