Although the staff is nice.
A majority of them have no idea what they’re doing.
How are you going to ask me about something on my W2?
You’re supposed to be the tax expert!
The branch manager doesn’t even know how to split up a payment between 2 cards.
Instead of trying to pretend like you know how, just say «I don’t know» or «I don’t think the system allows me to do that».
I’m bringing my paperwork somewhere else to make sure that there weren’t any mistakes.
