Mickey Lee (Mei-York Lee) has been doing my taxes for years and is a pleasure to deal with. As for the office, there were many times I was gagging from cigarette smoke coming from the back room, where they’re NOT supposed to be smoking. Apparently, the manager was leading the pack with complete disregard for the customers. Things improved in the past couple of years, though. I take great issue with the cost. My taxes are simple and straightforward and literally take about 15 mins to do. Why is H&R Block charging close to $ 300 for simple tax preparation? It’s outrageous.

I came here to get a quote on my taxes and was helped by Maria Damiano and she was rude and unhelpful. Like Christopher said this place is a waste of time. Maria told me it would cost $ 140 to file a 1040ez so I walked out.
