So after they got my comments deleted I finally went to restaurant and got the reg fried chicken wing and fried rice. The only thing that I liked was the chicken. I guess they ok

Hang Chang is a pretty nice, ordinary Chinese takeout. Food’s been consistently good and delivery has been consistently prompt. The staff is friendly and helpful. When I’m visiting people in Canarsie it’s our go-​to takeout.
