Humdard Pharmacy

This place has the CRAPPIEST pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They do NOT know what they are doing. Terrible customer service too. Don’t go here.

If they run a contest for the worst Pharmacy in Brooklyn, I’ll nominate this place! Last night I bought some of those strips that are supposed to keep you from snoring. Luckily I asked for a receipt as one was not offered. At bedtime I tried one of the strips and it fell off in about a minute. So today I returned the box to the store… including the one that had fallen off.
When I arrived to return them, the man at the front register grumpily told me to go back and speak to the owner. When I went back, the young woman told me that the owner was not there and that it was not their problem. I begged to differ and told her that unless no returns was posted that they were obligated to give me my money back. She then said that I would have to call the company that made the strips. So I again explained that if I bought a Ford and it did not run, I would not call Detroit and that they were acting as agents for the company.
After telling me that if they were defective, I should not have opened the box (!!!), she had me speak to the pharmacist who then sent her out back to speak to guess who… the owner «who was not there.» She returned and said that they would refund my money this one time but from now on I could not return merchandise. I almost started laughing — like I am really ever going to bring my business to this place again!
I then went into a nearby store where someone started laughing when I told them the story. They said, «hey you got off easy, about an hour ago another person stopped in and told us the pharmacy had swiped their credit card 5 times and overdrawn their debit account.» Yep, great customer service Humdard!
