Love this hair!!! I’ve had it in for a month and I can tell you it well worth the money. Shedding is very minimal (im talking like a strand or two a week). I just put my rods in shake and go. The girl working that day was so friendly and gave me good advice on what hair to buy. She was right and I love it. I will definitely be back for more bundles.

i purchased hair from here and got an install very unprofessional the lady who washed my hair was late and didnt know how go handle natural hair and was pulling my hair the install was horrible and caused me to be late to work it was so bad she asked me to come back another day so she could fix it. i came another day and i was installing a closure but as soon as i leftthe closure was moving because i didnt use the band ihave had other closures done and no one uses a band and it doesnt move the next day to the point where you can see the braid. StAY AWAY BY ALL MEANS

My initial experience with HVM hair was a good one. Decent quality hair with minimal shedding. I went ahead and ordered a custom made wig from them, and requested per their rules to have a larger size cap made. Owner responded that it was not needed. The wig finally arrived about A MONTH later and turned out to be too small. I contacted the office multiple times, and was told if I want a bigger cap I would have to pay an extra 200, even after shelling out 500. I decided to ‘manage’ with the smaller cap, even though it was clearly too small. Today I look in the mirror, and I see a HUGE chunk has fallen out of the closure piece in front. I am very upset right now, and I AM NEVER SHOPPING WITH HVM HAIR AGAIN.

I’m giving HVM three stars because my initial experience with the company and product was excellent. I started shopping with them because I was looking for something comparable to the quality of Indique, but without shelling out upwards of $ 400. While the service is still okay (I’ve had some hiccups on my last couple of orders), the quality of my current hair is exponentially worse than my first purchase. I’ve ordered hair probably 3 – 4 times with HVM, and haven’t had any issues with coloring or styling the hair. For some reason though after coloring this hair using the same products, it is TANGLING and shedding worse than I’ve had in years. As in after washing and conditioning my hair as I normally would, I’m getting handfuls of hair that come out when I attempt to detangle. I may have just gotten unlucky with a bad batch, but I certainly won’t be re-purchasing from them anytime soon.

I stopped by HVM shop today to purchase Virgin hair, the girl who worked inside the boutique I think her name was Shay was very helpful. HVM was the first virgin hair I ever purchased but the hair I brought … maybe four years ago now? Shedded terribly so I had tried other brands. Me and my boss checked the instagram page as well as YouTube reviews and see she has up’d her brand as well as quality of hair so we decided to give it a try. The hair is definitely of a better quality, they have hair on display to touch. Shay even asked me if I followed them on instagram because they were having a 15% discount today, now that’s customer service. I will be purchasing here again but next time for myself. HVM you have regained an old customer.
