I have been to this store before since a close friend lives nearby (but not frequently) and never had an issue. Today the staff was extremely rude and sarcastic to me. They also refused to explain a unusual policy. Even before this incident I noticed they were terse and trying too hard to be «helpful» because we taking a while to decide on wine. Liquor stores are a dime, a dozen but customer service is key if you want loyalty

This liquor store is around the corner from me, love it, you can find all kinds of red, white, sparkling, and hard liquors at prices from $ 5 and up. Also they have a great kosher for Passover wine selection when April comes around which is rare in this neighborhood
