Someone said I was rude and just wanted to talk about my newspaper. Not at all. I have had work done here and it was good. I bought a second home and wanted to buy. Plus 2 cousins needed tiles. I had so much to bring to the table here. PLUS the copy I work for was doing a section on Bensonhurst in our newspapers. It was to be a free article but there was No Reason to point out her rudeness except her rudeness. Why would I waste my time. Rudeness is unacceptable. Period.

Were renovating an apartment and needed tiles for the floors and bathroom. Our gc recomended this place and we were surprised to get the best prices here. We always dealt with Paula who was super professional and patient. She even responded to the one million calls and emails my wife sent. Im surprised by the other reviews on here bc paula is pleasently professional.

This is a nice place for tiles with many selection BUT they do NOT keep it in stock and you have to pay 39 dollar for drop off fee!!! On top of that you better make sure you calculate how many square feet you got and you paid. I got over charged 8 square feet thats 36 dollar more than what I receive. And i was told the delivery fee was 35 not 39. Make sure they don’t charge you for tax on the drop off fee, thats not taxable in state of NY. Last thing the girl works there have a nasty attitude problem!
