I was given flowers for my Birthday as a surprise by J&H last night I wasn’t expecting them, so I didn’t realize they messed up.
First, I was called around 5:45 when I was already home, (as many people are who work) from J&H telling me that they had a delivery for me at my office. They then arrived at my office 20 minutes later and luckily someone was still there to pick it up. My coworker who got them told me who they were from, but that the card was destroyed and the flowers were messy. I called my gift-giver and thanked them and let them know they were just delivered, and they were very upset! They were supposed to be delivered by 1 PM so I could enjoy them on my birthday!
So tell me, who delivers flowers to an office at 6:00 PM when they’re supposed to be there by 1 without an apology?

There was a mishap in delivery called them and spoke to James Great customer service and very helpful in sending and new order And OMG the flowers were beautiful will definetly refer to friends and do business again AMAZING!!!

Flower delivery was left unattended at the wrong apartment. Upon calling this company to let them know the flowers had not arrived a man said «oh shit» then put me on hold and hung up on me. Great customer service.
