STAY AWAY! Doctor doesn’t give a damn about patients, just prescribe medication to get rid of you!
Came here before and of course the receptionist staff at these kind of medical offices are never great, but when I saw the doctor, he was just as bad. I told him about congestion and cough I have been dealing with for a while and all he did was prescribe me allergy medication and an asthma inhaler. First off, I didn’t have asthma! and second, even if I had early signs of asthma, he didn’t even show me how to use it! even on the box, it says not to use unless a physician shows you how to use it. Of course, I didn’t use the inhaler and it has been months since I went to see him and I never had an asthma attack. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!

I wish there was a negative star. This place is horrible. They never honor their appointments. It’s always an hour later. I came here on a Friday and my appt was for 1pm for a full body checkup. I arrived at 12:50. They told me it was an hour wait and I was OK with bc it was to be expected. They took me in to see the nurse at 2:20! The nurse was with an elderly patient and took some time to explain some instructions on how to take some fecal samples at home. That took her 40 mins. It’s ridiculous. In addition, she was scolding the old man. On top of it all, the doctor went to lunch and the nurse didn’t want to take on any more patients since it was past HER lunchtime, I was next also. Mind you I was vasting since 8:00 pm the night before. I went ballistic. I told her she needed to take me before I pass out from starvation. She told me she was starving! What nerve?! These people have the audacity to talk back with attitude. Finally, she took my blood, while mumbling under her breath. By now, it’s about 3:20. The doctor was back from lunch. I waited another ten minutes until he finished with his patient. I was literally in there with the doctor for 15 minutes. I got out the door at 4:50!!! I’m not coming back to this hell hole ever again.

I’ve been coming here for years because my primary physician is here on Wednesdays and Sundays. This place is always packed on the weekends and you always have to wait. If you have a choice, please choose another location. If you must come here, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT and make it at least a couple days in advance (or come on a weekday). Walk-​ins are definitely not recommended and you’ll be waiting 3 – 4 hours. Seriously, you’ll still wait half an hour even with an appointment. They speak Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

I would NOT recommend this shady establishment. Not only are they rude, they are incompetent and a bunch of crooks. I went in for a walk-​in for food poisoning and waited for 2.5 hrs. On top of that they prescribed me an antibiotic which made me very dizzy and upon going back I was told that I had to pay another copay to see another doctor when all I needed is a new prescription. Never coming back!
