I’ve been coming here since I was in junior high. The pizza sauce is amazing, the staff knows the whole neighborhood and is very friendly. Only downside is that in the summer there isn’t an air conditioner which can make the small shop very hot. Other than that, everything taste delicious and is made with love

Pizza was absolute shit. Cheese tasted like burnt rubber. Pepperoni looks like it was printed out and stuck on there. The guy is fucking rude and throws the pizza at your face when you’re waiting. Shit Service. Shit Food Quality. Go to City Line Pizza & Pasta. Their pizza is better than this Trash.

I absolutely love Joe’s pizza. My family has been ordering from here for forever. When my mom was pregnant with me all she wanted to eat was Joe’s pizza so my parents and grandmother know the owners pretty well. Whenever my friends from out of state come into town, we always make sure to order pizza from joes. I also love the juices they have. I always have always will. I’m pretty sure it’s regular fruit punch or grape juice but every time I stop in I have to get one. They’ve branched out a lot since I was younger. They now offer deserts like brownies and cookies as well as Italian icees. They’re specials are great especially around the Super Bowl.

Location: City Line is on the come up but its still hood.
Pizza Aesthetics: (Check pics) Its a nice looking NY style pizza but looks are deceiving.
Taste: I got a large plain cheese pizza and it had NO FLAVOR!!! Come one, the sauce, the cheese, the crust was bland! Also the crust was not crispy at all. I’ve gotten a chicken slice from here before and it was not this bad!
This is a sorry excuse of a pizza. Please management, add some salt, oregano, and pick it up a notch! Come one now.

I bring all of my upstate friends here to have a real slice of Ny style pizza. The workers are great and easy to talk to!!! Best pizza in town and they also sell baked goods :) yummyyyy!!!

This is the pizzeria i grew up with. I tried other pizza places within the area and this local shop beats them all. Huge slices, i treat the kids with their fried dough. The workers there are always helpful and fun to talk to.

I ate there last night. Got the Eggplant Hero. It was good. Nothing. to write home about though The problem is that I have been in the bath all morning and it wasn’t pretty. I also thought I saw one of the guys scratch his armpit but, I wasn’t sure so i went against my usual judgement and gave the benefit of the doubt since he didn’t actually handle my food. This place is not an eat in establishment. Kind of messy. The shorter of the two older guys seems nice. We chatted a bit. Now it could have just been time for my body to go through some stuff or it could have been the food. Can’t prove either way. I may give this place another shot down the road, but it will be a while.

Solid place to grab slices. Cheese slices go for $ 2.00 each with $ 1.00 cans of soda. I think this place actually has the best Sicilian slices in all of the Boroughs. Believe it.
