very unfriendly. Complains if you want to see the product open before buying it. Charged me twice-​with a week lapse between them– for the same product, when I tried to call I got a fax machine.

Very friendly an helpful. Love having these folks in the neighborhood for quick jobs around the house. You’ll pay a premium for the convenience but it’s so nice in a pinch. If you have the foresight to buy stuff when you’re at the big box stores you’ll save on tools and big purchases but for everything else they’re great.

i ask them for a pvc pipes they said they have it i said do you have 3.5 or 4 inch so the women says i dont know you have to come and look for yourself then i asked if anyone in the store has they tell me no one in the store knows WTF kind of business are you running that no one in your store knows the products

Great hardware store, very friendly. There is something about the neighborhood helpful small store that Lowe’s and Home Depot will never be able to duplicate. Jose’s is one of the best examples of that friendly feeling place.
