JRM Construction

Hello all,
Our neighbor had a water leak which was fixed by JRM construction. The leak was fixed on Wednesday April 22. however they left all the debris and garbage behind. We are still waiting for them to finish their job. But it been four days since the fix. They keep saying they will come back to finish and clean up. The pile of debris is blocking my driveway and the obstructing the entrance to the community. I had called the company numerous times to come in and get this resolved. They keep hanging up on us. The supervisor came to the phone and said that we are been a «pain in her neck» and hung up the phone. Her name is Penelope Penpipestock. She is very unprofessional and a bully. She simply said she doesn’t care if there is a fire or any other type of emergency and nobody can get through. If this the supervisor’s attitude I can’t even imagine the integrity of this company. This is unacceptable! My SUV can barely make it through the one way street, and any emergency vehicles wouldn’t be able to get through. we are very disappointed with the lack of work done here and this company’s integrity. Every time I enter my house or open the door all the mud they left behind gets inside the house and its disgusting. DO NOT HIRE these people. All you will get this low grade work and a supervisor who has no idea what customer service.
