Great service. I usually rent with one of the big name companies but had a scheduling mishap and found myself needing to book a thankstaking rental car the week before Te holiday. I had no hope of finding anything I could afford until a friend recommended Just 4 Wheels. They were everything I needed – convenient, fairly priced, and nice. The nice part being a big plus. The car was brand new and they were reasonable with the cleaning charge for dog hair – only charging me half because the hair was isolated to the back seat. I will definitely be renting from them again.

This was my first time renting a car and I wasn’t sure how it would go!
However, since my great experience with this place, it won’t be my last time renting!
Like the other reviewers said, the facility itself isn’t the prettiest! But who needs pretty for a place you will be spending 10 minutes or less at?
The service is great… I called one day in advance and asked if they had any mid-​size vehicles available for a 2-​day rental. They told me to call back in the morning… I did, and they said they had one for me. I told them I’d be there to pick-​up the vehicle in less than an hour.
I got a fairly new VW Jetta. It wasn’t the cleanest (inside or out). But, there were no scratches or dints and the tank was ½ full. The guy took the time to inspect the car and show me the little things on the car that I needed to know (i.e. how to open the gas tank).
When I turned the car back it it was a swift 5-​minute process.
P. S. I forgot my debit card and they were nice enough to call me and tell me that he would hold it for me until I could come and pick it up.

Incredibly happy with my rental.
I found a weekend summer rental for $ 140 after tax. This is about ½ what the big places were charging. I was worried about the quality of car I would get. However, turned out great. My rental was maybe a 2011 VW Jetta, 33k miles. Nice little car! It was the lowest model, but still had auto locks, airbags, etc. The vehicle itself had a ding on one door, but good car otherwise.
Additionally, I screwed up and thought my pickup was 3pm. It was in fact, 2pm, the time that the office closed. I got the call at 2:15 while still at my office in Manhattan. They were incredibly nice and stayed open 45 minutes later while I hopped in a cab.
Online booking worked fine. Received a confirmation email as well.
Sure, the vehicle was a little dirty, and the rental location office is not nice. However, I’ll happily sacrifice those areas.

Online booking doesn’t seem to work: we reserved a van and got the confirmation email, but when we called to confirm they had no record of the reservation and no vans available. Heads up, is all.

I just wanted to amend my original review to let you know we had a 2013 Hyundai Sonata. No wonder it smelled so new!

it’s huge rental company with main office in New Jersey and many locations. I rent a truck from them. …terrible service. Charged more then promised.

For a change, I did the reseach and called my credit card to see what insurance protections it offered. I learned that it covers collision but not liability. So, I was going to buy liability with my rental. But it was explained to me that if I was a car owner with insurance, I would be covered for rentals too. So, I saved money and learned something. In a world where many businesses are happy to take advantage of a customer’s ignorance, this type of honesty really stands out.
Not only that, but the car I got was brand new – only 2,000 miles on it. I was using it for a road trip, and it was great not to have to worry about an older car breaking down. The processing on either end was quick, so there wasn’t a lot of waiting around to get the car or to give it back. And everyone was very nice.
The only inconvenience is the location, which is a bit off the beaten track, and the business hours (early closing on Friday and closed Saturday). Also, since the office is in an Orthodox neighborhood, you might not want to show up in your skimpiest outfit.
However, don’t let the looks of the place put you off. The office is far from corporate looking, but the cars and service are top quality. I would rent there again in a heartbeat and would recommend this business to anyone.

If you are looking for a good easy rental, this place is the spot! fast service and nice guys. We rented a van for a quick move and all setn smoothly — usually youd expect stress and this place was free of that!

There’s only two things that are pretty about Just4Wheels — their prices and their service, which are both excellent. The cars have their share of battle scars, and the premises, while clean, were clearly thrown together with whatever was on hand.
But the car that I got was fairly new and totally reliable, and it had an iPod connect. The interior was tidy. And it was the best price that I could find. Ari, the boss, and his staff are polite, friendly and efficient.
One thing to consider when shopping their website — the lot is closed on Saturday, so cars cannot be picked up or returned then. But the prices are so good that it won’t hurt if you have to hold the car for an extra day.
Highly recommended if you’re looking for inexpensive and easy transportation. If you need something pretty, however, look elsewhere, and expect to pay substantially more.
