Went inside just to look around, felt pressured into buying something i did NOT want. Paid with a bank card & regretted it later on. So i called them telling them i would like to cancel in which they said no …
After a few minutes they called me back and said it was fine and i had to go back with the reciept … They gave me a «new» paper saying it was canceled which meanwhile it was the same reciept from earlier (i can tell because all they did was remove the staple) they gave me a really hard time when it came to making sure they really did cancel and yelled at me over the phone .
Really bad service !!

I came here with one thing in mind: buying a four-​poster bed. I looked through all of their catalogs, but there were none which appealed to me, as there was not much of a variety to choose from (they had several catalogs, but almost all of the furniture shown in them were only bauhaus and art deco styled furniture). However, the saleslady kept pushing me to buy one particular tacky-​looking bed – which was not even a four-​poster, by the way. The woman also pushed my mother to tell me to buy it (my mother took me to this furniture store because she was friends with the woman).
Eventually I reluctantly agreed to buy it, after the woman showed me that the bed could be –converted– to a four poster with some accessory poles which could be ordered separately.
After several weeks, the bed arrived and lo and behold, the accessory poles WERE NOT THERE (and on another note, the materials used in making the bed were cheap and flimsy, but that’s not the point of my review). My mother called the store multiple times to find out what had happened and after several months of calling, the store finally told her that there were no accessory poles to be had.
I wanted a four poster bed ever since I was a little girl. The only reason why I agreed to buy that horrible, tacky-​looking bed was because the saleswoman told me it could be converted to a four poster bed and she LIED TO ME. I will never recommend this store to anybody.
