Karens invitation studio is by far the best in the area. Karen has the widest variety of invitation choices from modern to traditional. With only a few weeks until my wedding Karen said it would be no problem to find me something when everyone else told me there was no way an invite could be printed!!! Karen personally sat with me for many hours until I picked an invitation that I loved. If you are shopping for an invitation you should definitely go to Karen!

It was so easy to get my wedding invitations done with Karen. She was very nice and easy to work with. My invitations came about 2 and half weeks later and meanwhile she called me and emailed me to keep up to date. Pricing was great too, somebody else wanted to charge me more.

I usually buy my invitations online on sites like shutterfly. I recently had an event coming up and didn’t have time to go through the process of making and ordering invitations. I remembered this little invitation store I had driven by dozens of times and decided to give it a try. Boy am I glad I did! From the second I walked into the door Karen was warm, kind, professional, and very helpful. The store is full of beautiful and unique invitations, truly exquisite craft paper that you have to actually touch to make sure it’s not fabric, and many other beautiful items. Karen herself was just lovely. I was in quite a hurry and didn’t even know where to begin. Karen pointed me in the right direction. She was patient as I opened up packages to look at the invitations. She was patient as I sat down at her table with pen and paper to scribble out the wording of my invites. Then she gave me her honest opinion when I read it to her… more than once. When I couldn’t come up with something perfectly cute and clever, she pulled out a binder of invitations and we went through it until we found the perfect wording. She made professional suggestions that put the perfect finishing touches on my invitations. I found the prices to be very fair compared to online invitation shops. Last but not least, she had my invitations ready for pick up the very next day(which was also Veteran’s Day). I could not have been more pleased. Like I said, I’m an online shopper to the core, but I will definitely be a repeat customer at Karen’s Invitation Studio. Thank you so much Karen!

overpriced, inconvenient and a cheat. Went there for our Wedding invitations and charity favor cards. The day before our wedding she told us that she only received half of the cards that we ordered and told us we have to pick other cards if we wanted to have enough for every guest. Since she already printed the half that she did get, not only did she make us pay for those cards, that we didnt use, but she also charged us twice for printing the same cards and made it sound like she’s doing us a favor. I definitely don’t recommend using her.

Karen’s has been recommended to my by several of my friends who have all had good experiences dealing with her. Apparently many people have horror stories dealing with their invitation vendors, but this seems to be a good pick if you want a hassle free experience. I made an appointment for Sunday and spent almost 2 hours going through binders upon binders of samples. Karen was helpful, but not over bearing and didn’t rush me to make a decision. They have a good selection and a decent range in prices as well. A few things that annoyed me: 1) She is not open on Friday evenings or Saturday. She told me she is usually not open on Sundays eigther and that she basically was doing me a favor. I was told to come in on a weekday before 7pm. I’m sorry but what wedding vendor isn’t open on at least 1 weekend day? I understand the religious observances thing, but then Sundays she should be open. Its really inconvenient for me to have to rush from work and be stressed about getting there on time. 2) She could have been a little warmer about the whole thing… I was by myself and could have used some input. It’s overwhelming enough to have to pick just 1 invitation from a million options, but not having someone offer you their opinion, or at least guide you through the selection process is them not doing their job. To me it seemed like it was more about my budget(which is obviously a big factor), but then show me your favorite’s within my suggested price range and tell me what your best sellers are. I understand that invitations are an individualized thing, but if she’s been in business for a long time I’m sure she has a lot of experiences dealing with people like me. Overall, good vendor I would suggest using her!
