Kennedy Fried Chicken

So I’m writing this complaint because I decided to order some food from
specifically from Kennedy fried chicken. I ordered from them because they were the only ones delivering after 12 am and my food wouldn’t arrive until 1 ½ 2 hour. So I received my food at around 1:24 am and as soon I got it, I immediately took everything out the bag and started preparing dinner for me and my boyfriend. My boyfriend decided to take a few bites of the mash and by the third bite he encountered a blade inside the mash/​and I’m not sure exactly what it is either a mirror piece or a broken knife piece or a blade but what if I swallowed it or what if I had my nieces and nephews over? And they got ahold of the mash with the blade? So not cool so I called the manager and he was willing to make amends but I felt as though that wouldn’t be enough. What if someone had swallowed the thing? So I reported to the better business bureau and in return they wrote me and told it was out of their hands and that I could take it up with some other company && I just really don’t have the time to be going to court or find a lawyer to take this case… I just want to inform people of what’s going on and that they should think twice about ordering from here in the future or make sure you inspect your food before eating.

Chicken & fries are probably good when they are warm. Food was cold. Boxes were wet from the rain, probably contributed to the cold food. Worst part is they were an hour late. When I placed my order it said 45 – 60 min wait, that was at 1:48 am.
It is now 4:04 and I am warming up my food in the microwave. Just over 2 hours for cold food.
HOWEVER! It is raining & the driver was nice & I did get food. So 2 stars is the most I can give, & that’s because the driver seemed like a nice guy.
TL;DR If it’s late and you are out of options & you like surprises (because you never actually know when your food will come) you should order from here. Maybe dining in will be better?(fingers crossed).

The food is taking so long to come on a hour and thirty minutes hopefully my food comes soon I’m so hungry
