Hired this company to conduct a pest inspection and conduct treatment at my home as necessary. I looked it up online and made a phone call. The staff on the phone were very polite and helpful, explained what the inspection will cover, and arranged for the inspection to be conducted promptly as I requested. The inspector was professional and thorough and I received complete reports by email the next day with a follow-​up call from customer service to discuss the results of the inspection and what my options are. I chose to go with one of the services that they provide. The applicator arrived on time and applied the products as discussed with the company’s staff on phone. Payment were no hassle and were done on phone using my credit card. The cost of their services were very reasonable. I am very satisfied with the services provided and the customer service support I received.

My house got fleas when they jumped from a stray cat onto my house cat through a window screen. After getting my cats treated at the vet, I had to treat my house. The vet tech had suggested Kingsway since they’re nearby, so I called them. I spoke with Waheed. I remember his name so well because he requested that I make a note of it so he could receive his commission on my business. He wasn’t really listening to my questions. He kept asking for my address so he could find my account, as if I had one. When he finally realized that I was a potential not existing customer he started paying attention. He gave me a price quote that totaled over $ 900 to treat two floors which covered two visits, two weeks apart, with a 60-​day warranty. I called around and quickly found a more affordable company with way better customer service.

The exterminators are very friendly, I’ll give them that. That’s why it’s one star and no stars.
However, the rest of the service is abysmal. My slumlords are cheap and use this company to take care of roaches, earwigs, flies, mice, rats, and most recently bed bugs. So far, none of them have gone away, except for the mice and rats which I ended up taking care of myself.
This company’s idea of bed bug treatment is also terrible. They SPRAY the furniture with some sort of pesticides and then come back and spray again, without going into the walls or floor or considering that there may in fact be bed bugs that don’t live on the outside of a mattress. I don’t see how any company can call such a sorry excuse of pesticides from a can a «bed bug removal service,» especially because I still have bed bugs, worse than ever.

No stars. My landlord hired this company to treat our bed bug problem. We had them come in three times. Each time it was clear that the exterminator was untrained. He didn’t know what chemicals he was using, did not wear a mask, and even started spraying when I was still in the apartment. No surprise that our problem continued and even spread into a different room. Using a different company now and praying for the nightmare to be over.

I’ve done extermination for ants and still have ants,
when i called back to reschedule the 2^nd visit they wasn’t nice and didn’t want work out with my schedule, saying now or we not coming anymore…
