I am a fan of this store, it is convenient with late hours and there is a decent selection of all types of liquor. First of all the staff here is very friendly, they were offering free vodka shots to promote a brand made of grass, along with Russian standard gold and silver, and trust me they were generous with the amount they gave the store itself has decent prices, you can get a huge bottle of ciroc for about 40 bucks some bottles of moscato range from 8 – 15 depending on the size and brand they have a very good selection of wines, 12 – 18 for sangria, some are aged and some are newer from all states too, they also sell various kosher wines, the prices range from 8 – 35 depending on the brand, they sell decent brands from barefoot, sutter, bartenura, cupcake they also are one of the very few stores that still carry the skinny girl brands, from sparking drinks like moscato of all flavors, to vodkas, margarita flavors, sangria and wine they also carry funky stuff like hypnotiq, alize they have a good selection of rums, like captain morgan, Malibu and Brugal they have a huge selection of whiskeys, and nice sets too with glasses for jack daniels lovers they also have a good selection of tequilas, from silver patron to 1800 and Don Julio the vodka selection is the best here by far, they have so many different kinds, some stronger than others, and some aren’t even made from bread, very good to try I think what holds me back from giving this place 5 stars is that there isn’t enough alcohols being placed in the fridge in the summer, I would hope that they would have more wines and vodkas being chilled during this time of year P. S. they take credit and debit too. not just cash.

In absolute terms, their selection is fair; for the immediate area, it’s pretty good. Prices, though, are rather high for the neighborhood. High as in high compared to many stores in Manhattan. I’m sure Kings Highway rents are high for this area, but surely not Manhattan high… You can do much better on Coney Island Avenue between Quentin Rd. and Avenue P, where there are several liquor/wine stores, both large and small.

This place is great. Pretty good selection, considering this is Midwood. They always have several huge bottles of wine for under $ 15. Also the people that work here are probably the only young people that ever make it this far south in Brooklyn, other than me that is. They’re always super nice and helpful, which is surprisingly rare in these parts.

This place is convenient and seems to have what I am looking for. Service is usually good. They are always willing to help and will provide advice when asked. They are open long hours, so it is convenient. However, they are a little more expensive than some other stores

In my hood, Kingsway Liquors is not only one of the two booze stores near my abode but also the bigger of the two. So I pop in here whenever the lush in me takes over. They have a large selection of hard liquor and wine in all price ranges. Jacobs Creek goes for $ 12, not bad. There are often specials on the wine. The guys working here are nice and have often offered to help while I browse the wine aisle. $ 10 minimum on debit and credit cards.

As a lot of people did after seeing the movie«Julie & Julia» I got inspired to cook French. That requires knowing a little bit about buying wine to cook with and to drink with the meal. Being a shy wine noob, I needed a store that would be understanding and helpful and not at all intimidating. While shopping on Kings Highway I noticed Kingsway and thought it looked warm and inviting from the outside. Well, it’s that way on the inside too. The counter guy talked cooking with me and helped me decide between the brands of the types of wine I was looking for. He seems like a genuinely sweet guy. Ditto, the counter girl. Ditto, the dog.
