In the typical break-​neck style of NYC housing sagas, I needed to relocate to on a tight schedule and budget, without any ability to take time off work to do so.
Nicoletta Delon helped me secure a lovely deal on an apartment last month, and she was professional, timely and genuine throughout the process. I needed her to rush the process for me and to meet me close to work for the lease signing, and she accommodated both those requirements. We discussed an apartment I own outside the city and she was extremely knowledgable and smart about strategies to put it on the market, and the general climate of real estate in this area.
Besides all this, personally, I am the kind of person who prefers to do business with good people. Nicoletta really strikes me as a wonderful, honest and empathetic person, and I would not hesitate to call on her services again. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor.

I was searching for an apartment with several real estate agencies, but I dropped them all after several rude and greedy episodes. I then came across Knights Realty and they put me at the center of their attention from the beginning. Nicoletta and Angela truly listen to what I was looking for and they responded to that promptly. They worked on every aspect of the search and lease process. My girlfriend and I were most impressed with them because it felt like we were talking and consulting with good trusted friends. I don’t write review often, but I was so happy working with Nicoletta that I figure she earned it.
I rented an apartment in Williamsburg, i had a fairly small budget, but i found a renovated apartment pretty big, and I could not believe the price. Within a day I applied and I signed the lease. Could not believe it, for real. But I am writing this review because I spent a month looking at places for me and my girlfriend, and I contacted so many brokers and went to a few open house, and I was so bummed never to see the apartment I called for. Frustrating, and huge waste of time. My friend Jeff went thru the same thing. Anyhow, I really enjoyed working with Nicoletta, she is very entertaining, quick to settle the deal, spoke with the landlord immediately after I applied, and introduced me to the landlord the following day. Honestly, it was a nice experience, mostly because she handle everything and I did not have to worry about anything. She was definitely worth of her commission. I called her 2 weeks after we move in because the buzzer in the apartment was not working, I swear she handled everything with the landlord it was fixed the same night. I give her 5 cool stars.

Working with Nicoletta was such a pleasure. She is incredibly personable and extremely patient. Thanks to her guidance I managed to see and sign the lease on the apartment that I wanted in a weeks time. She answered all of my questions which made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision– and ultimately at ease during a stressful transition!
