A little pricey, but great décor and music. Ordered a cardamom mocha and a gluten free apple cheddar scone. Both were delicious and a perfect start to the chilly morning. I’ll definitely be back! Much prefer this spot to Starbucks or the cocoa bar, also on this block.

This place is a new gem that I’ve recently discovered as my wife started her new job at New York Methodist Hospital down the block. This is an excellent place to grab a nice cup of coffee, read a book or do work at. Only complaint would be that the place is really tiny, not many seats available. The people who work here are quick and get you in and out in no time. no waiting around 10 minutes for your coffee like at a lot of other coffee shops in the area. The internet is fast, their bagels are on point and their muffins are delicious! Although I’ve never personally ordered an espresso from here, apparently they’re known for their latte’s so you should definitely check this place out.

Disclaimer: I have never been angrier at a cup of coffee in my life. I wanted a nice, warm drink for my commute home, and there is little I find more comforting than an almond milk cappuccino. I ordered a small decaf. As the barista handed me the truly small(8oz) latte, which would not have been a problem, my excitement turned to regret as she asked for $ 5. Now, I am not opposed to paying a premium price for good, quality coffee. I was served a latte, not a cappuccino, which was creamy and rich. However, $ 5 for 8oz is over the top. Nevertheless, I shelled out the cash and was on my way. The other annoyance was that something about the design of the cup caused the coffee to splash through the sipping hole with every step, and I ended up wearing much of it on my gloves. Positive: The coffee shop is nicely decorated. There are plenty of gluten-free and vegan cookies to snack on, though I am assuming they are pricey. The barista was nice. Very close to the R and buses.

AMAZING espresso. Best music playlist. Great space. It’s comfortable and not overwhelming.

The rudest barista you will ever find in park slope. Very unwelcoming, cold and just plain rude! What a shame, it’s so close to where I live and they have decent coffee but never again. Unless you want to have your mood ruined by a bitchy worker, don’t come here!

Cute coffee shop serving a delish iced coffee(which is the only thing to drink in this murderous heat and humidity). I had a blueberry muffin as well. It was soft and fresh, not like the ones you get a Starbucks where they alternate as weapons for mass destruction. The music is a little depressing and melancholy, so bring some headphones if you plan to sit and work on your laptop. Wifi(which I am using to write this review) is solid.

Good solid coffee. Nice muffins… A little awkward and tight to line be up and pay at the register with the layout. Maybe move a table? Please get some stevia. Very pricey Americano!!! $ 4.00 large.

This space wins due to its mind-blowing music playlist. Everytime I have been here, Shazam hasn’t ceased to be on my phone screen, smooching off their great music taste. Their coffee is also yummy, fair-trade, and they have a wide variety of pastries(which I haven’t tried yet) but some are gluten-free. They have donuts from Dough on the weekends. And their location here is really convenient, right between the two L train Bedford stops. Could be good for you to set up meetings here, as you will be easy and quick to find for people coming from elsewhere. Also, they are part of the cafes signed up to the CUPS app. So you can subscribe to a set number of coffees, redeamable at a wide list of independent coffee shops. It turns out cheaper for you, as coffees are at a discount this way, and you can gift any extra coffees you don’t use(like if you are a visiting tourist for example).

KONDITORI(noun) \Khan– da– tor– ree\: 1: Traditional Swedish gathering place to enjoy friends over great coffee, fine baked goods and confection 2: Where one goes for a coffee break I don’t have friends in Brooklyn to enjoy coffee over, but thoroughly enjoyed my early morning coffee trips to Konditori during a recent visit there! Having a wonderful place that ain’t a Starbucks, that is a stone’s throw away from where you live/stay and opens ridiculously early on a weekend and serves up some pretty interesting muffins — could I ask for more?! I am in love with Park Slope and with Konditori — enough said :)

Meh. Loud, usually crowded, though affordable for the neighborhood. Every cinnamon bun I get is always dry no matter the time of day. Not seeing what everyone seems to live about this place.

I come here again and again. Are there better coffee shops? I don’t know. I just know that I really enjoy the Swedish house blend coffee, and the staff – who are just friendly enough that you feel ‘seen’ and comfortable. It does get crowded at peak times, but I always feel I can concentrate that much better when everyone around me is intent and peering into their laptops. The gluten-free baked goods are tasty too. and I’m a gluten-glutton!

If your looking for a place that makes good coffee and sell whole bean at a reasonable price this is your spot. It’s tight quarter during prime time but after hour you can usually always find a spot.

I’d give this place a higher rating but its so cold in winter — even thermals and a winter jacket won’t keep you warm. Get a coffee and it will be lukewarm in no time. Ugh.

Kute koffee art. As seen at Konditori. Paid for in kash, but they do take kredit kards.

here to review the coffee alone: it’s mediocre. you can get a much better cup close-by in the area for the same price. one size(small) for $ 3? eh the ambiance is good for studying and working on work stuff. i get it.

I frequent coffee shops and this is one of my favorite spots in park slope. The coffee is great, plus they have cold brew. The only knock is that its fairly expensive and there isn’t a lot of seating. However, the employees are always nice and the atmosphere of the place is great. Def worth the visit. Try the cold brew, you wont be disappointed.

This small woodsy Swedish coffee house is sort of like Swedish house mafia for me. They provide me with ample energy when I need a boost. The espresso is apparently the least caffeinated thing they provide. What? So the options as explained by the local friendly barista equal espresso which is weaker than their coffee which is even weaker than the combustible iced coffee. Don’t drink that iced coffee as your second drink. I think I’m ready to run circles around prospect park. By the way the soy latte is delicious and does not need further sweetening. The coffee itself is potent and may need something. They have it all from the agave to the simple syrup and those packaged things as well. The devilish thing is the ostentatious display of their baked goods which leads me down a bad path into the midst of almond croissant crumbs and cardemom bread smears on this very iPhone where I’m writing my review. It’s also in a great location.

Just about the worst coffee I’ve had in Park Slope, period. Somehow bland and burnt at the same time — incredibly weak and insipid. Yuck. We drank half and threw it away, it was that bad. Worse, though, was the service we received. At 8 months pregnant and with a 3 year old in tow, I went to use the bathroom and was told that the bathroom was out of order. The sign had clearly been there for months, and I had already opened the door to reveal that the toilet was in fine working order. The jerk behind the counter said that noone was allowed in under any circumstances. There went your tip, buddy! Needless to say, we will never return and hope to dissuade others from going. With many other decent coffee options nearby, skip this one!
