I’ve been taking Harper’s prenatal yoga class since my 16th week of pregnancy. It had been a few years since I’d practiced yoga regularly, so I was feeling pretty out of shape on top of being pregnant. But Harper’s instruction was perfect for me: not too aggressive and not so passive that I didn’t feel a little challenged. In addition to her great teaching style, Harper is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about pregnancy and postnatal resources. While I’m still a few months away from delivering, I would definitely recommend that any new moms in need of a little postnatal(or prenatal) support contact Harper.
