Very disappointed in the customer service and communication, or lack of I should say.
I am a frequent costumer here but due to an incident today I will no longer continue to wash my clothes here and support the business.

Sucks. Can’t count the amount of times these people lost my clothes every week I was missing something. When I started to lose jeans I said enough is enough and took my business elsewhere.

Large, clean, bright, spacious laundromat. They have 5 TVs usually playing different channels. There is also free wifi, plenty of seating, vending machines for drinks and snacks. The machines do not accept coins. Instead, you use cash or credit card to put funds on a plastic laundry card. Prices seem to be the same as the laundromat across the street (Sunny Laundromat) but Lavanderia has newer machines, so you actually end up spending less money to dry (vs Sunny Laundromat’s old, less effective dryers.) Lavanderia also has a bathroom, too. They have wash and fold service.
The people there seem nice. They messed up one of our wash and fold orders once. We had supplied them with fragrance-​free and dye-​free detergent and requested that they use that to wash our laundry (we and our pets do not react well to strong fragrances) but they used a different detergent, leaving our laundry with an overpowering, flowery scent. We took it back to ask them to re-​wash it with our detergent, and they gracefully obliged.
