Lena is fantastic. We hired her to cook a dinner for 8 and she did an incredible job accomodating everyone’s dietary restrictions and delivering a great meal with lots of handmade touches (e.g. pickled mustard seed that was paired with salmon). I could not recommend her more highly!

Lena is a pro. Not only is her food an awakening to your taste buds, but the presentation is beautiful. We had a party for over 50 people in our home– she was in the center– preparing her delicious menu (corn shooters with poached lobster, duck sliders, short rib with polenta etc.) while her staff served, cleaned and smiled. The kitchen was immaculate the entire evening and she managed to feed all of our guests with sophisticated style. From the planning, to the actual party, it was an absolute pleasure. She understood what we were looking for and helped make that happen in every way– from the creative menu to the rentals to the clean up. I loved working with her and can’t wait until my next event!

My son-​in-​law hired Lena to make a special Birthday dinner for my daughter. Lena met us at our sailboat in Liberty Harbor Marina and proceeded to cook a wonderful dinner under difficult conditions. The galley of the boat was small, refrigeration was limited and the stove only had 2 burners. In spite of these limitations, she plated and served a delicious meal with a smile! The food was fantastic and Lena was gracious and professional! She made the celebration special!

I had Lena cook for my mother’s 75th birthday dinner in New York and we were all very impressed. Lena showed up on time, worked in an unknown kitchen with practically no direction, cooked a delicious 5 course meal with flavors that surprised and delighted, as well as cleaned up completely as promised.

We have hired Lena to cook for three private events at our loft inTriBeCa, and she has consistently wowed us. She is creative, has a flair for presentation, modern cooking techniques, and premium ingredients, in order to craft an exceptional culinary experience. In many cases we have had guest with significant food preferences /​allergies and she has managed to consistently satisfy everyone whom we have hosted. Great soups, lots of protein and light and tasty desserts.
