This is known as «MARS» Dry Cleaners, as that’s the name on the sign out front.
I have to say I was really surprised to read all these positive reviews. Maybe my bad experiences have been freak accidents, but this last time was the worst.
I brought in 2 dresses and a tuxedo jacket and made the mistake of not checking the garments before paying when I picked them up. The tuxedo jacket was RUINED. I don’t know what happened, but it was in excellent shape when I left it, and now the lapels are ripped in multiple places and there was also white fabric (from another garment) on the exterior they didn’t even bother to brush off. The chemicals must have been too harsh for this piece, but I expect them to warn me if that’s a possibility. Also the interior seams had come loose (and were not when I dropped it off) In the past, one of my favorite shirts disappeared. In general their service has been okay, but they seem to always want to rush when I’m dropping things off, I want each spot to be marked so that they will spot treat.
The dresses came out clean and undamaged, though it didn’t seem they had tried to spot treat them as promised, but maybe they did try and it just didn’t come out. In any case, with the loss of a very expensive jacket that can’t be easily fixed, I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.

Brought in a few trench coats and they did a fine job. They take credit card, which is really nice for a dry cleaner. It was about $ 12 per coat for me.
I’ll be bringing the rest of my dry cleaning here from now on.

They were able to get a Vaseline stain out of my dress!!! Ten stars! Nice friendly staff and the prices don’t seem any more expensive than other cleaners in the area. I’ve used their tailoring services a few times as well for hems, belt loop repairs, etc. Always on point!

I brought in a shirt to be dry cleaned with next day service. The staff was very courteous and helpful, and the manager gave me a clear time frame so I could check back the next day on the status of the shirt. Lotus came through and dry cleaned the shirt on time with good results, and it only cost $ 4. I have had issues with other stores in Bushwick not offering next day service or having disinterested or apathetic staff, but I felt my experience here was positive and they worked to make it positive and professional one. I will be coming back again.

I’ve been going to this location for a couple of years now and they consistently give outstanding service. They get out stains that other more expensive cleaners say can’t be removed. This place use to be called Mars, there is a name change but the same manager is there, just ask for James, he’s the best!

They’re friendly, reliable, fast and I trust them to properly clean all my cloth and coats. I like that they have all my information ready so I can quickly drop off my clothes.

Dresses $ 9 Blouses $ 6. A tad more expensive than the Bonilla Bros on Grand but not terribly. They redid a blouse of mine free of charge because the stains didnt come off the first try. Talk about service!

This place is great! My go to dry cleaner for everything. They have drycleaning on site, so you can get things for the same day and it’s no problem, which is great if you want to drop off before work and pick up after.
All the guys who work here are really friendly, and spend a lot of the day on the couch in the front of the store reading the newspaper. But they always make a point to wave or shake my hand whenever I walk past.
