I just got off the phone with this rude, snappy guy. Too bad. Won’t get my money.

Going by the positive reviews I called him a long time ago. He never called back, not even to quote rates or say he wasn’t interested. I went with Blaze Electric and had a very positive experience. (In fairness sometimes small family businesses go on brief hiatus if there’s an illness or family problem. Maybe it’s something like that and the lack of response is just a brief temporary situation.)

LS Electric is reliable, professional and dependable. All the qualities you would look for in a business and business man! There’s no other I would ever call to handle the work that he does!

I’ll just reiterate what the other 3 people who gave Lou 5 stars had to say. Lou is a real professional who knows what he’s doing, is generally available, charges very reasonable rates, and doesn’t try to rip you off. He’s also just an all-​around nice guy – a pleasure to work with.

After an initial visit for a quote I never heard back again. Seemed nice enough but a call back would have been nice. Thankfully found others who actually quoted better prices.

Lou is a wonderful, honest and terrific electrician! We ran out of power on the kind of hot Saturday that feels like you are walking into an armpit as soon as you leave your house. Needless to say, sans A.C. Matt and I would have been in bad shape. On this awful Sat, Lou came by, fixed everything, and even found a really dangerous outlet with exposed wire that he kindly turned off for us. He’s great. Won’t up-​sell, very straightforward. Definitely a keeper!!!

Louis Santos is a good guy who runs a real, old school business and is from, and works in, the neighborhood (along with other trades people on a daily basis)
Kinda keepin’ it in the family so to speak.
He’s done a couple of jobs for me (big and small) and has also provided some referrals.
He’s generally available, prices are very reasonable, responsible and doesn’t leave a mess.
He only does what’s needed and doesn’t try to convince you to do more work than necessary.
Definitely a business /​person you want in your corner for a long term relationship (especially if you’re an absentee landlord :)) and he’s made my goto list
