Lucy Roux is a pop up inside dba Brooklyn that serves New Orleans style food. I went there for the Saints game the other day (R.I.P. playoffs) and got the catfish poboy sliders and the red beans and rice, which totaled $ 18. Despite the amount of people both in the bar in general and eating, the food came out lickety split. The catfish poboy was good but not my favorite. I enjoyed the red beans and rice way more but unfortunately neither dish on its own was filling, and a little pricey for what it was. It isn’t my first choice in NYC for New Orleans food, but it isn’t the worst one. Dba always welcomes in good pop ups and these guys are just fine.
