M B Auto Collision Expert

Went to search for a review on this shop, not surprised to see no reviews as I don’t think they get much business.
Was referred here by a neighbor, who hit my car and told me to contact M-​B. I called the shop and spoke to the owner «Marcos».
I told Marcos that I was unable to visit the shop, but I could tell him that I just needed a whole respray of a bumper. He claimed that I needed bring it down so he can take down the make, model, paint color/​type; which I understand is standard practice.
However, I provided all that information to him. I told him I did not really want to respray due to paint not going to match; he cut me short by stating that it doesn’t match now and it doesn’t match from the factory. He also stated that no shop can match paint. I told him that the car is brand new, and it seems to match to my eye.
He again cut me short and told me «that’s because you don’t paint cars for a living and I do». I let that comment go and I just asked him approximately what the cost is. He said «why do you want to know the price, she’s paying for it.».
Having gone through this «sales pitch» I’ve decided not to bother doing business with M-​B Auto Collision.
