I had a bad experience with a previous laundry service and was a little skeptical about trying a new one; untill I found Mady Queen. She leaves your clothes smelling fresh, prompt service, great customer service and gave me 2 free laundry bags. I would recommend to ANYONE looking for service. 5 stars !

I had bad luck with a previous service and honestly. my fashion is everything to me. 110% satisfied not only provided me with pretty new laundry bags but everything is clean and fresh and they picked up and dropped off around my hectic schedule. I would recommend and will be using only this service in the future

Thank you Mady Queen!!! While staying in NYC in the heart of Times Square we used Mady Queen’s laundry wash and fold service and were very impressed. Their service is based in Brooklyn but will pick/​up drop off virtually anywhere in NY with a very quick turn around. No matter where you’re visiting in NYC (or even if you live in the city!) this is a deal that can’t be deal! Great cleaning service, super professional very fast and only 99 cents per pound of laundry… can’t go wrong. Much better than spending time during our New York City hotel in a lanudromat… Or, paying $ 9 per piece to have the 4-​star hotel wash them.
Also, we didn’t use it but Mady Queen also has Dry Cleaning Services.
