McDonald’s

Wish I read the reviews before coming here. Went to this McDonalds Xmas night, the entire Big Mac meal was gross, I even spit it out and couldn’t not finish it. Flat soda, old fries, cold sandwich. Just the worst, I shouldn’t be eating this crap anyways.

Seriously, one of the worst, even by mcdonald’s low low standards. Theyre supposed to open at 6 am. at 6:20, the doors are locked. Someones girlfriend is in there, enjoying her free breakfast. But all the paying customers are outside. Finally, at 6:25 (25 minutes late), they unlock the doors. I stand in line for 10
Minutes with only 3 people in front of me. At 6:35, i give up because I now have a choice of getting breakfast here and being late to work, or stopping the wait, not eating, and getting to work on time. I am choosing my job. Total crap place, extremely badly managed.
EDIT; here again, october, like an idiot and a sadist. Once again, they are making me late for my job. They open at 5:00 am, and its 5:15 while lazy employees mull around talking on their phones inside. This place is TERRIBLE!!!

Only go here if you’re addicted to McDonald’s. Like me.
This place is a madhouse. Maybe one of the worst McDonald’s in the history of the world. But again, the fries are deeelicious.

well this is in the hood soo u already know that the people here are ratchet as fxck. but they r good depending on the timing. in the morning it is horrible!!! at nite time its the walk up window. I had no bad experiences with the workers but the customers need to be delivert into some class and manners

Just here for a coffee today, but I’ve been here plenty of times because it’s in my neighborhood. Stay away from this place unless you really have a craving or if you just like McDonald’s that much. The service is usually pretty slow and it gets very crowded as a lot of people like to hang out in the restaurant.
As far as the food goes… it’s McDonald’s. Not a very well managed McDonald’s in my opinion, so you pretty much know what to expect.

If you’re in a big hurry or generally expect fast food to be fast food, this particular McDonald’s will drive you up the wall. I honestly believe some people pretend to work there just to frustrate the hell out of you and your McNugget craving.
Truth be told I will still go here if the McNuggets are on sale.

I just came through the drive through and ordered a McChicken and number 12 for my bf and I. I opened the wrapper just to find no meat at all in my sandwich. This is pure carelessness. Check your food carefully before you leave this place.

By far the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. The staff are rude. The food is always nasty. Just the other day I was waiting for my food. A young lady was waiting for her drinks, she asked a cashier for her drinks. The cashier said «did I take your order?» The young lady said «No», then pointed to another cashier. The cashier says «well you better go to her with that». Just horrible horrible service.

What a horrible McDonalds’s! The employees are rude and unprofessional. I felt like I was supposed to apologize for interrupting them, then I remembered what they seemed to have forgotten: they’re in the food service industry. Taking my order wasn’t an inconvenience; it was their job. I don’t know how these people ever got hired. The fries were cold and flavorless, and it was another big to-​do to get salt and ketchup to improve them a bit.
Now I don’t expect the most out of McDonald’s. It’s fast food, after all. But I certainly expect more than this. Spare yourself.

This is not a knock on McD at all, but just this particular location. I mean I know its the hood but damn. Do not think about going in this place after 10pm on a weekend because it is ghetto person central and you get the feeling you are about to get robbed at any second. The food itself is always abysmal at this location: The burgers poorly constructed, the apple pies cold or non existent, the fries hard and cold. The people at the counter are more concerned with getting their friends free food than helping the paying customers.

Honestly, I refer to this place as the «GHETTO» Mcdonalds and that is the best name to describe it. I’d like to preface my review with kudos to the staff that mans the fort and I saY fort because you have to have military training to withstand the riffraff that enters this place whom verbally assault or even threaten them. I dont know what it is about this location but it’s constantly full of ill mannered kids and teens and sometimes adults who simply show up to argue with the staff, argue with the other patrons, or fight each other. Seeing the police here, especially in the summertime is not an unusual occurrence and take my advice, do NOT go here when school gets out. Just dont do it! Today I was begged by my mother to pick up some eats for the family and with great misery and trepidation I walked up to Fulton. The place was pretty vacant, which would have been a good thing but then so was the staff! Minutes after placing my order, my cashier though polite disappeared and I waited patiently for about 15 minutes before I had to ask someone else about my order which he knew nothing about. I mentioned the kids right? Too late for me as suddenly the place swelled with loud, cursing 12 years olds lining up demanding water and their orders taken along with an overweight adult with daughter in tow also about to curse out the staff for her wait, (a mere 7 minutes compared to my 15+). I felt bad for the guy as he rushed to fulfill my order amidst the clamoring of the other people and he was very polite. Alas, I get home my order was STILL wrong and they had ran out of milkshakes and large fries which I had to substitute. I ALWAYS leave this place irritated and annoyed, more by the other customers than the staff’s frequent mistakes.

This Mcdonalds lies in the heart of the ghetto, so you know where I’m going with this. First the service is horrible, rude beyond belief. The food is no worse than any other Mcdonalds. You will be accosted by crack heads and the like begging for money. The customers are sketchy as hell so watch your purse and belongings. I come here daily because I’m a glutton for punishment. Join me at your peril.

This review is going to make it seem as if I’m a glutton for punishment. I have been to this place several times unfortunately. For breakfast, lunch and dinner (on different days of course!!!). I have family that lives in the same block where this particular McDonald’s is located so when we got hungry there really weren’t many other options. Echoing an earlier review this place always seems to have waaaaay too much going on. They manage to screw up the most simple of orders. The food is about is piss poor as any I’ve had from any McDonald’s. The service is amazingly HORRENDOUS. The cashiers are irritatingly slow, and the attitude of the cashiers makes you wonder why you are there. I have since cut waaaaaay back on my consumption of all fast food, but this McDonalds stands out as one of the worst I have ever had the… pleasure of patronizing. The employees of this location are not to blame unfortunately. I’m certain that this place is simply consistently poorly mismanaged. If it is in fact a franchise location the guilty parties should lose their franchise in my opinion and McDonald’s should either take this location over or close it down. It’s actually giving them a worse name than they already currently have.

I saw the first review and was surprised by the rating. I’m originally from Detroit, MI and I’ve had pretty bad service there. The people that usually work at fast food restaurants are moody cause they’re overworked and under paid… at least thats the case here in Michigan. I went into this McDonalds expecting the same bitchy personalities I get In my hometown… Boy was I surprised the service was fast and effcient (That’s probably spelled wrong) anywho… and very friendly. The Mc’Ds I didnt like is the biggest one in NY… but hey that’s another review.

It seems petty, somehow, to write a bitchy review of a McD’s, doesn’t it? Like if I wanted good service, why am I even there to begin with? I’m not averse to the occasional Quarter Pounder and I don’t go in expecting to be impressed but this McD’s is pretty bad. Always a long line, always noisy (it pained me to watch some tiny elderly woman struggle to shout in her order above the din of the place) and always, ALWAYS, something is screwed up.
Today, it was that the register wouldn’t take a debit card (and I guess ringing it up on a different register was out of the question?) so I didn’t even get anything. The time before that, some guy wanted a Big Mac without cheese or ketchup… and the entire restaurant ground to a freaking halt. They brought the guy two or three different sandwiches that were not what he ordered until they eventually got it right.
I guess I should be impressed that in this technological day and age, you can still fuck up a sandwich so bad.
