McDonald’s

I came here this morning August 21^st around 730 am. They’re card machine wasn’t working both functions. Swiping and apple pay. The first time I swiped it said authorization not available. Not. Declined. I told the cashier some skinny girl with a bad attitude that the machine wasn’t working and she continued to argue with me that it was. I tried both methods card and apple pay. Didn’t work. She the. With an attitude like I’m not dealing with this and called over another employee to ring me up on the same broken register. The other employee Shayna told her the machines weren’t working. She then disputed that with shayna saying she it was working yesterday. She really was working her hardest to try and embrass me because she yelled that my card wasn’t working. Which is not true. Throughout the whole ordeal Shayna had a smile on her face at 7am which is difficult. She directed me to atm where I could withdraw cash and didn’t make me wait in line to finish my order. That rude skinny girl could learn a lot from Shayna. Someone put Shayna in a management position. Even though there were 2 employees upfront it might as well been only Shayna up there. She was very attentive. The rude employee handed me my food, with out utensils, napkins, or condiments. I feel that she did it on purpose. I had to get up everytime to get these items which she had the nastiest face on when I asked for it. If you did your job and checked your attitude your day would go a lot better. Honestly. Fire that girl and promote Shayna.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The only good thing is the free WiFi, oh and the occasional employee that gives a damn about their job. Too many times my orders are incomplete, wrong, or I’m waiting too long for something as simple as a Happy Meal.

Really bad service. filthy restaurant. the employees are very rude. I was there in the morning and was told I should «go get the other worker who called out sick «if I wanted faster service or a clean bathroom smh terrible terrible place

Every times po I go here, the food is just horrible and service is extremely slow. I thought that was impossible considering its a chain restaurant. This location was boarded up for some months, I thought that might be great, they’ll remodel and come back stronger. I was wrong! Just last week I went in for some fries for my daughter. Reminder I said just a small fry. This took at least 10 mins, because the staff is unorganized and they had no fries ready with 10 patrons in line and 6 customers sitting at tables. The fries were a dark brown color. And taste disgusting. Actually they always have from this location. I elite e they cut corners with meal preparation. No changing the fry oil daily.
I will not ever go back to this location, I tried to give them a chance. I will continue to go out of my way to McDonalds on Flatlands and Farragut. Their service has always been consistent and fast.

They just reopened back up a few weeks ago the service is shit the people working there done know what they are doin bought some burgers the other day they where cold and raw WTF are they doin went back again today bought some chicken nuggets came home they did give me any sauce the burgers again where not cook well enough the hell with this place and to top it off had the shits from hours from eating there my advice to all is don’t go there if you don’t want to get sick you better off goin to the one on east 80 and flatlands ave

This Mc Donald’s restaurant has been in Canarsie for many many years. It is currently closed down and boarded up as well as the other location near Seaview Ave.
When it was opened it had to have been the slowest Mc Donald’s I ever been to. I would only go in when there was no line. Unfortunately that was hardly ever. This place always had the longest lines which seemed to never move.
Currently there are no Mc Donald’s in Canarsie which I know of. That is unbelievable considering how popular Mc Donald’s restaurants are. I suspect the two former locations were owned by the same person. How a Mc Donald’s closes down in the first place is mind boggling. A billion burgers sold?, apparently not here. Nothing lasts forever.

If I could give this McDonald’s no stars I would. This is the worst one I have ever been to. I am to embarrassed to even check-​in to this place on Unilocal.I have been living in Canarsie for two years and there isn’t many food places to eat at in walking distant, especially late night. This is the only place really open past 10pm besides the local bodegas and a Dunkin’ Donuts two blocks up. Don’t get me wrong, the service is terrible for breakfast, lunch, dinner and beyond. I have had better experiences going to the dirty bodegas late at night and have gotten faster, better and cleaner service. I would rather a hero any day from the local bodega than mess with that crappy McD’s.
The service is always extremely slow. You never get service with a smile and the employees just don’t care! I can run that place with my eyes closed by myself and give customers a better experience. Being a waiter myself I can not imagine having to work with any of those employees. Since I have been living in this area for two years I have seen employees come and go. I hope it’s because the manager is firing these people once he/​she sees how terrible they are. At the end of the day it comes down to management though, and the managers need to do a better job and «manage» to get that store together.
One more thing before I finish this. The last time I went to this location a girl who works there let out a loud belch while she was bagging up a couple of Big Macs for a customer and then laughed about it. Had that order been mines I would have demanded a refund. That just about sums it all up right there. Beware!!!
