McDonald’s

This is my neighborhood location but I rarely visit. McDonald’s isn’t the type of place that you crave; you kind of just stop in because it’s convenient and you know exactly what you are going to get.
With that being said, this location is pretty decent. The dining room is spacious and the seating is comfortable. Service is pretty standard here as well. I’ve never had to wait particularly long when I visit and the sweet tea is always good (that’s important to me… lol).
All in all, this a good location; no complaints.

They went the extra mile to get me a biscuit after 11 am. I’m posting reviews everywhere for that kind of service.

Customer service not good. People hanging out in there. when u trying to eat people asking for money. Very poor I will never enter in there again, the workers not doing nothing, they will make you wait on line for about 20mins. Never again my burger was super cold. It’s a shame that we spend money at mc Donald’s. Seeeeyeaaa

Patricia was very nice and polite. Her customer service was on point and I appreciate it. She was courteous and set clear expectations.

cheap factory food. Point blank period.

Remember this is still a McDonald’s, it was redone into a McCafe, it looks much better and now there’s free wifi.
A lot less hoodlums in here compared to before… well school just started back so im not too sure. But it has a lot of nice décor and it’s alright in my book compared to a lot of other McDonald’s i’ve been too in the hood like the one on church & nostrand ave which is horrible.
You’ll get your food in decent time here, not long, sometimes quick. Attitudes have improved i’d say.
All in all it’s mcdonald’s and you get what you pay for, i look at it as a last resort always so if it’s your first choice this one is a good one.

Near Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, Prospect Park and Brooklyn Zoo! It’s your typical McDonald’s, but this review is for the workers. This place has been renovated, unfortunately they have done a makeover of their employees attitudes. They are very gruff and very argumentative. They do all of this and it looks like they haven’t washed their face or hands. The guy at the drive thru that was giving unnecessary McDonald’s fever was unaware he had sleep crust in his eyes! Imagine being rude to customers, making them repeat their order numerous times and to still get the order incorrect and to give an attitude all while doing said job. It is just not necessary to give an all out attitude, but I know it comes from the times of people not realizing that they are the face of the brand and people associate the product with their experiences. Now if their experience isn’t stellar people will slam the whole product. Mcdonalds is sort of lucky because they know that they are known worldwide and people will not stop buying their products due to a few knuckleheads. I just don’t get people with their crappy attitudes and service, not realizing without the customer there would be no use for them at all!
*won’t be going back McDonald’s there is a Wendys, Burger King, Popeyes and Dunkin Donuts a few blocks away.*
