Placed an order with them, after one week I received a call saying that the item that I ordered did not exist anymore (it’s still in their website after over a month) and that the other item they did not have in stock and that it would take at least one month for the supplier to send to them.
I canceled the order and after more than one month of weekly calling them, they still haven’t refunded me.
I’m suing the company.

I HATE THIS DAMN COMPANY. This company is not professional as you might think. They take your MONEY the SAME day and return your refund in two months. This company gave me a headache because I bought a shower chair for $ 250 and I was afraid I would never get my refund back. After they take my money the same day, it took them 3 weeks for my item to ship and it was the wrong oder. When I had it and wish to return the product for a refund it took them two months. The refund could have been longer, maybe 6 months, if i had not call them everyday to bug them about my refund. Don’t be in my situation and save yourself from stress and headaches.
BEWARE — DON’T BUY STUFF FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

They lied to me and refused to return my payment even after they promised to do so in writing. This company is as bad as it gets. If you decided after reading this and their better business bureau reports, then be prepared for hours of frustration and almost certainly not getting what you want or what they advertise.
The worst I have seen in probably over 20 years.
They need to be closed down.

This Company return policy was ridiculous! I ordered 2 items from Medex, I realized when I took them out of the package they were the wrong ones, I sent them back and was told there would be a 10% shipping fee. fine whatever, well when I did not received my refund, I called, I was told our items were «lost» in the warehouse, then then finally found it! I was only refunded one of the 2 items because the outside bubble wrap was open… wow how the hell was I supposed to see if it was the right item! Will never use them again!
