Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I went into their showroom, which wasn’t the worst part of the experience, and found a futon that I liked. I then called a few weeks later to place the order over the phone, a full month before I actually needed it. The owner barely waited until I hung up the phone before he charged my credit card. Yet… here I am… a month and a ½ later, and still no futon. Not only did I not receive the futon on several occasions when it was promised, but they didn’t even have the decency to call me and let me know. When I finally got fed up, called my credit card company to dispute the order, and then called Mega Furniture back to let them know, he basically said«Fine.» I would NOT recommend shopping at this store if you have any interest in actually receiving your furniture.
