I give it two stars only bc although the drs are great and knowledgable the waiting time is god awful. The front disk is so damn rude that by the time u actually get to see the dr. You don’t want to anymore. The office has a lot of potential the only changes to be made is get rid of the secretary.

After going to another podiatrist in NYC because I was having severe heel pain and realizing (after this NYC doc. took no tests, x-​rays, or even had me walk to see where I was hurting, but yet continued to treat me with cortisone shots, I knew I had to another podiatrist and quickly as my ability to walk without pain was getting worse every day. I found Dr. Perlstein online, emailed me on his website and he responded quickly. I went for my first appt., where he asked me questions, examined my foot and took an ultrasound and also sent me for an MRI. I finally had a diagnosis and am now wearing a split cast with CAM BOOT for a period of several months. I felt relieved by Dr. Perlstein’s attention to my problem and awareness of the pain I was experiencing. He even called me at work when I left him an email during the holidays. He is a doctor that works with you and does a thorough exam. I am going to him again tomorrow and will continue to use this doctor during the period of my foot recovery and would easily recommend him to anyone.
He has Sundays hours which work for me b/​c I cant take too much time from work, the waiting time is reasonable and his staff are very friendly.
