Been going to this Bootcamp for 3 months straight. And as a result I lost 11 pounds, waist got smaller, and I have more energy throughout the day. I also met some awesome people, made friends, and learned more about healthy eating and thinking. Movement 4 The People is life transformation and I highly recommend it! Also I come from the Bronx. It’s about a 30 min drive. I would not be coming unless it was well worth it! Did I mention there is views of the city?! #WorkOutWithAView

Don’t let the early time fool you, these people are full of energy & actually make waking up early to get there really enjoyable! The trainers are incredibly motivating & educated on all things health & fitness. They are excellent at answering all questions regarding«wellness». They also tailor the boot camp to your level of fitness & change exercises for you based on any injuries you may have. I was diagnosed with two herniated discs & the trainers have been amazing to work with me on adjusting based on my needs. If you’re looking for motivation & a fitness«community» in the Williamsburg area, this is it!

FYC Movement for the People has become my favorite way to workout! Great people! Great attitudes! It is a consistent encouraging kick in the, and my body is thanking me for it. Trainers are strongly educated in well rounded health and wellness, and I definitely feel like I’m learning how to train my body correctly. I’m being challenged in a way that is making lasting changes to my physique, health, and lifestyle. Would recommend this program to anyone!
