Gotta Move with Mo. I have tried personal training in the past(the free sessions included in starting a gym membership) but have never been satisfied with the experience. I can’t recommend Mo highly enough. She tailors workouts to each individual client’s goals and ability and is highly knowledgeable about anatomy, exercise science, and nutrition and very concerned with safety.

HIGHLY recommend!!! Mo is an excellent trainer who caters the workouts to the needs and goals of each of her clients. If you want to get into shape, get the results you want, and have someone who has a true talent for reading people(to know whether or not they need a boot-camp-like approach, or a more gentle and understanding approach), Mo is the trainer for you. I’m a marathon runner, and she could always whip my butt into even BETTER shape than I was before! PLUS help give me new, innovative stretches, nutritional advice, and other life advice in general to help me become the best I could be. Go with Mo!!!

Aside from a great personality(which is a big plus in the field), Mo is an excellent and dedicated trainer. She always has notes and a program for each gym session we have. Throughout the years I have had different trainers(because of my living situation) but none of them paid attention to details as much as Mo does. Because she pays attention to details, our session are never boring or tedious and I feel progress is made each time. She is the right amount of «tough love» for me. I am the kind of person that needs to be pushed but values positive re-enforcement more so. I would highly recommend Mo without reservations to anyone who is serious about his/her exercise regimen.

Mo is an excellent trainer! She is very receptive to one’s needs and can adjust a workout on the fly to maximize your potential. She is very personable, polite, patient and, yet, can get your butt moving in the right direction! I recommend her wholeheartedly for anyone interested in strength training, stretching and general fitness.

Mo is attentive, professional, and really good at helping me focus on areas that I needed improvements in. On top of that, she is always in a good mood, which motivated me in a positive way. I started working with Mo because I had a bit of chronic pain in my shoulders due to stress. She got right into explaining how my body muscles function and relate to each other. Then she explained which and why some of the work outs will work for me. I felt much better after a few sessions with her. I highly recommend Mo for personal trainer.

Mo was able to understand what I was going for and deliver. I’ve been working out at David Barton for a few years and a trainer has not never pointed out my shoulder postures being uneven until Mo came around. While doing the shoulder press, she immediately made that aware to me and find ways for me to balance out my shoulders. In addition, aside from doing the usual routine of machines and weights, Mo was able to come up with an innovative way to target all the necessary body parts. Ultimately, I wanted a lean body. I wanted a body where I was big back there and also big up there. However, small in the mid-there. I did not get a big back there because I was naturally born with no rear but it was tighter than normal. Overall, I was incredibly impressed with Mo. There were workouts I never thought I could do. She was personable and supportive. Despite being wider than her, I had no problem having her back me up. She was incredibly dependable and she has my full recommendation.

When I met Mo, I only did cardio to workout. Mo taught me so much about muscle toning and weight training and showed me how much more efficient my workouts could be if I concentrated on the right exercises/equipment for my fitness goals. Mo is incredibly intuitive and has extensive knowledge in anatomy, physiology and nutrition. As a result, she knows what’s best for everyone’s individual body and helps create a lifestyle regimen accordingly. Mo is the best at helping you stay motivated — her passion for healthy living is infectious and got my lazy ass out of bed at the crack of dawn. Would highly recommend working with Mo.
