I needed to move a piano from a fourth floor loft walk up to a second floor walk up. One company never showed at the arranged time and a slew of other companies quoted me nearly $ 1,000 for the job (to be fair, it’s a lot of steps). I frantically e-​mailed Igor on Saturday morning and he called me immediately. Not only did he give me the cheapest quote out of ten+ companies, his team was able to do it later that afternoon. Three men showed up and took amazing care of my piano and did not even grumble about moving the old, heavy upright up and down so many flights. They were quick, professional, and incredibly easy to deal with. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service or better movers! Thank you!!!

I was terrified of using movers because of the horror stories of overcharging, demanding more more money while they hold your belongings hostage, ruining furniture, breaking dishes, etc… I used Moving Your Way bc of the write up in NY Mag. They were spot on! These guys had a complicated move. Removing items from my apartment in Harlem. Some items going to Queens, others going to storage in NJ. Everything went where it was supposed to go. Nothing was ruined/​damaged. They were kind, courteous and professional. They even set up my baby’s crib at he final destination. Overall, an excellent, stress free experience!
