This is a decent Chinese takeaway. Food is made fresh and quickly. Like the Orange beef a lot

Mr. Wonton has grown to be my go-to for comfort food in The Slope. I’m there so often, I guess you could say I’m the Norm to Mr. Wonton’s «Cheers». I’ve actually asked the staff to call me Norm. They’ve refused time and again.(That’s not true. I never asked them to call me Norm. I’m sure they would if I asked.) The whole crew there is super friendly and welcoming. They make the place feel special and like home. I highly recommend their all day combinations. The ribs are wonderful, wings are great, General Tso’s chicken(which I never know how to pronounce, so I say«General» clearly, mumble the«Tso», then it’s right back to perfect diction city for«Chicken». They always know what I mean) is spot on. The portions are generous and the combinations come with soup for around $ 9. Can’t beat it. I’ve ordered just about everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. I particularly like the Singapore Noodles and Double Pan Fried Noodles. It’s always a pleasure, Mr. Wonton!

The service was great & the food was awesome. I thought that I could eat an appetizer & my main meal but they give you so much in a portion that you’ll have to take home a doggie bag.

I used to go here cos it was one of the only Chinese spots around here. However, after my dining experience last night I will not be going back. I upgraded my sesame chicken to white meat for an additional $ 2.00, yet when I got my entrée it was filled with disgusting, leftover meat that didn’t resemble anything close to chicken breast. One of the worst experiences ever. Least to say, don’t eat here unless you want to pay extra for bad tasting food.

I’ve been here a couple of times. It’s always solid. Good vegetable dumplings and fried rice. Really great roast pork with mixed vegetables and the crispy scallops with honey walnuts is a must. Quick service and in a great area.

Local Chinese. Standard menu and standard operating procedures. Very nice people run the place and the hot-and-sour soup are better than average. I’m partial to the garlic broccoli but of course, nothing here is way above or below the bell curve of Chinese take-outs and eat-ins.

Good here is great. Best Chinese take out food I’ve had. They also have some authentic Chinese food on the menu as well. Service is great. Free WiFi. Place looks pretty clean

Typical neighborhood Chinese restaurant. Nice size seating area. Food is good. Service is quick. If I’m in the neighborhood and craving Chinese, I will stop in. There is no need for a special trip.

We have only ordered take out. The food is okay, prices are a bit high, delivery guy is outrageous. Counts his tip and gives it back if its not enough. Stuck his foot in my door until I signed the check even though I was a regular customer. There has to be somewhere better. The search is on.

Review is for eat-in. Vegetable dumplings were interesting: delicious spinach wrap outside, not many vegetables inside. Mostly air. I asked for less oil in my lo mein. Seemed to be the exact same amount that was in my date’s. Mushrooms were tasty, though! They do have a good assortment of vegetarian«meat» options, so if someone suggested it I wouldn’t be opposed to a second try.

Mr. Wonton. Good not great Chinese food. First time dining here on an early weekday afternoon and there wasn’t a customer in the house besides me. Employees were cat napping. My plate of crispy, salted baked shrimps with white rice was good but not $ 15 good. I’ll go back to Mr. Wonton and try another dish. Definitely bringing company next time.

This is a new review for Mr. Wonton. My friend and I were starving after having done a bike ride and long day in Sandy Hook. We decided to eat there as it had been 2 years since my last experience and I wanted to give it a try as he wanted Chinese Food. Though the prices are still a bit high for Chinese Food, they have totally upped the game with their menu! I am now Vegetarian and they have added an entire page of great meatless dishes — not just with veggies but meat-less options. The Sesame Chicken — for example was superb! It was Soy Based but literally tasted like chicken(lol)!! I cannot wait to try the other offerings! If you want great Chinese food… go there and Enjoy! They also deliver!

Not sure why it’s so hard to find good Chinese food in the Brooklyn. Seriously! I ordered a shrimp dish that was scary and horrible and the I ordered shrimp lo mein and got pork lo mein. everything else was just ok. I’d go back if I was craving chinese but certainly am not going to promote this place. still need to go to the city if you want really good chinese food.

Mr. Wonton is a regular Chinese food spot that just has a seat down area inside. The food is decent… the service doesnt really exist because it is a glorified take out spot… if i lived closer to that area it qoild be a spot i would order frim but i will never go back there to dine every again.

Average Chinese food. I just needed a quick bite on a rainy night after biking a ton so it was fine. Good portions but not the most authentic-tasting. The soup dumplings were good. Also, just a head’s up that the menu on Unilocal is not current. Their prices have gone up significantly.

Old school Chinese restaurant. Reminds me of childhood. Gen. Tso’s comes out sweet and crispy. Ask for the broccoli well done if want to eat it with ease.

I’ve been coming here for years. I can honestly say I have never had a bad meal here. With that being said the food is better sitting down rather than having it delivered. It’s way better than the small takeout places, the food is better quality. The waitress knows my order by heart even if I don’t come in for a few months. The staff are friendly and the food is great!

I love this place top to bottom. Great service they remember your face and what you had last time there. The food is amazing. My favorite Chinese Place to eat at in park slope.

Some of the best boneless spare ribs I’ve ever had. They were the perfect texture and flavor. Crispy tasty wantons. The general tso was really tasty and flavorful. They cut a carrot into the shape of a flower. You can tell they care about the food they’re serving you. Really fresh broccoli. Scallion pancakes were great too. The service was really really good. Very attentive and personable. They must have filled my water up like five times. The food was ready very quickly too and all of it tasted really fresh and good. The hot mustard was thicker that the watery stuff you find a lot of places — which means it’s hot. And delicious. The place seemed really clean and the décor was nice. The value was awesome too. They have great prices. We had a ton of leftovers and barely spent 30 $. I’ll definitely be back.
