The food is good, but they don’t deliver after 5pm which is inconvenient. The food is very good though!!!

The food has never let me down. Always consistent. Been coming here for years. They have a balance of healthy and non-​healthy options so it’s really up to you if you want to keep your diet clean when coming here. Their protein brownies are the best I ever had. This place is one of the many gems in sheepshead bay

I don’t know how I overlooked this place for so many years!
I’ve always seen this place, but didn’t care too much about going in. It’s pretty small, but it is on a busy corner. I had no clue I could have such a satisfying meal from this place!
My boyfriend and I stopped by after the gym for their smoothies. After all, they are one of the only really healthy options in the area — the only one with protein smoothies anyway! We also decided to give the food a try after seeing the reviews on Unilocal.
The Rock Solid… was rock solid. $ 10 for salad, a ton of Spanish rice and steak. SO GOOD. We asked for the steak medium, and was so delicious. It was seasoned well, cooked well, and tasted great. I couldn’t get enough of that Spanish rice though! It was pretty addicting. The salad was a perfect contrast in case you needed something fresh.
A new go-​to spot!

Trying to stay fit or lose weight and have a problem finding great healthy food, look no further. This owner and his employees have got this place down to perfection. Can’t go wrong with anything here, but I recommend the rock solid and get chicken instead of steak. With salad and your choice of potatoes or rice. Both sides are amazing.

Love this spot for lunch, I just wished they had a menu. My staple is the rock solid and I get it with the rice and salad, u have options of getting it with potatoes or steamed veggies I believe. My favorite part of the rock solid has to be their Spanish rice! I can eat it all day, soo good! This place is convenient I always call before I come and by the time I walk here my food is ready. I have yet to try their salmon rice, that is next on my to try list. Ordered breakfast here once two eggs with ham on a bagel reasonable price but the deli close to my work place cost a little less so I tend to go there instead. Best part about this place besides their delicious Spanish rice is they accept credit card!

Simple, delicious platters of fresh food at a great price. I had the grilled steak over rice with salad and it was amazing. The chicken power plate is good too.

I have been to this place three times so I think it’s time to do Unilocal things. They have a healthy menu which is filled with grilled chicken and protein shakes. They recently added new items to their assortments. I had the power plate my last visit. The power plate is grill chicken, potatoes and sauted veggies. Bang Bang. You have the option of dinning in or taking out.

Highly overated. The food has become mediocre. The staff constantly gets orders wrong. Sometimes they don’t pay attention or seem like they are not interested in taking your order so I just walk out. Just to let you know I am easily pleased, and I never complain about my order. I don’t get anything crazy, I order straight from your menu. I am not coming here anymore. Came in here on a quiet sunday and waited over five minutes and was never acknowledged by staff.

Best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. My boyfriend orders this chicken sandwich with bacon and eggs and a fresh fruit drink on the side. Best breakfast I’ve ever had.
The reason why i only gave 4 stars is because the service sucks. Once ordered, the staff working there will talk under his breath like we gave him a complicated order. But other than that, this place is fantastic. Must try!

I come here at least two times a week after the gym. The food is fresh and the portions are big. I’ve tried everything from salads to smoothies and its consistently delicious. The protein brownies are soo delicious as well.

This is a must have in the neighborhood! Every neighborhood needs a «healthy» deli if such things exist and a juice bar.
Prices are pretty fair, food and service is definitely consistent. I come here for the freshly squeezed juices and rock salad (which is a steak over fresh veggie salad along side w home fries) all for $ 10.
For a healthier lunch and a healthier snack a couple of times a week it is an amazing option.

I can’t ever remember them not being on that corner. I am glad they have stayed there too. Before Fuel was even a thought in Sheepshead Bay this place was pumping out quality good for you food.

Slamming food and drinks. I can not rave enough about their food. The service is terrific and the staff is very friendly. Let me tell you that they got me through the hectic lunches of a first time mom. It was hard to keep up and to cook at the same time so occasionally I had to order in and with an added bonus of my son’s dairy intolerance a lot of take out places were out of question. Guys at Munchinet had no problem making substitutions in my order.
I am a big fan of their salmon platter and salmon burgers as well as their smoothies.

Two words: POWER PLATE.
Ask for the chipotle sauce on the side. Perfect lunch, especially when I want to fill up and not get weighed down for the day. Veggie/​Fruit Juices are also always on point.

I really had high hopes for this place… But the egg sandwich I had was really bland. The coffee was good. They even steamed the milk for the coffee. Perhaps the other items are better.
Their service was friendly., so they earned a star for that
