This is a great neighborhood deli with a few unexpected treats, including some Asian snacks that you won’t find anywhere else closeby. True it’s a bit pricier than they should be, but I think that’s normal for a deli like this. The people who work there are extremely nice — they’re always helping me find stuff and get things off the taller shelves.

I stop here when I take the«scenic route» home and pick up a roll of brown rice salmon avocado sushi. Nothing else because it’s a long way to carry stuff. I’ve been to many sushi restaurants lately that could learn a thing or two about sushi-making from these guys. They’re good.

Mun’s is a nice neighborhood deli, but it is WAY over priced. A brick of café bustello is $ 6.50 instead of $ 4. Its open late, but expect to pay a few dollars more for everything you buy then you normally would.

Nice, clean store with a good variety of things. I like their cut flowers. Open 24 hours.

Thanks, Mun’s Gourmet, for coming through with Oi Ocha bottled green tea — the same delicious stuff found in every vending machine on every corner in Tokyo. They have a number of other Asian/Japanese groceries and specialties too. Did I mention they have a sushi bar in the store? Now if only they’d stock shokupan…
