Also I recently called to get my files sent to me and the woman on the phone yelled at me saying she is the only one there and hung up the phone on me… Just disgusting

Like all the reviewers stated… AVOID AVOID AVOID this place. Don’t know how they have been in business so long.
Back in August myself and my 2 children went to get our annual eye exam (my oldest is suppose to wear glasses… We all ended up with prescriptions). First they were nice… But the Optometrist was very snappy and in a rush. Then after the exam i went to get the glasses. The rude lady in the front is going to tell me what to buy… I told her she cant tell me what to buy and how much to spend, so i opted for the insurance glasses. After everything was said and done i asked for the prescriptions so i can have them fill with an online website (i buy a few as my kids run through glasses like water, so it makes no sense to buy expensive). The lady told me they cannot give me my prescription, seeing I had paid for the glasses already i just walked out the store. 2 weeks later i got a call to get one glass… Then a week later, i got the second… Each time I went to pick up, they were looking all over for the glasses, like really… This place needs to be more organized. Here it is 2 months later and i still have NOT gotten the third. Which mind you I PAID for. So my child is suffering… He strains his eye which causes headaches/​migraine. I am literally fed up. No matter how desperate you are don’t go there… Even if the DMV sends you… DON’T GO… STILL WAITING… I did get mine and my oldest child prescription after the fact… I ordered 2 glasses each from the website 2 weeks ago for far less than what I paid for one at National Vision Center… The glasses have been shipped already… Poor business etiquette, horrible customer service. This business sucks.

don’t shop here!!! it’s been two weeks since i was supposed to get my glasses, which should’ve been ready last week. now i’m told next week they will be ready. only after me calling them constantly. very unprofessional, i should’ve taken my $ 350 elsewhere. lesson learned…
