The best bubble tea ever. The staff is super friendly. Super welcoming. I got the bbq shrimp with coconut bubble. OMG so delicious! I’ve had most of the food so far that is my favorite but trust me everything is delicious, fresh and the environment is clean and beautiful. Can’t wait to go back soon! :)

Great customer service, very friendly staff and the bubble is out of this world, get the Mango Madness! Tell them to make it extra sweet if you have a sweet tooth and they comply. The BBQ Chicken sandwich is delish!

Awesome staff and drinks! lovvvveeee the coconut milk tea! Want to laugh? The girls in here have a sense of humor! Lol. Sandwiches are really good. Bbq chicken is my favorite :)

Great selection of flavors for the tea/​smoothies and such. I was here at lunch and hadn’t eaten, so I got the BBQ chicken bahn mi, and it was really good! Will definitely be back for both the tea and the sandwiches.

I come here very frequently since it’s close by to work. A pretty decent bubble tea, especially for this part of Sunset. However, the customer service here is horrible. Very unfriendly, and they give an attitude as if you ordering something is creating a huge inconvinence for them.
They only ever have one person working, so there is always a line during lunch hours.
Drinks are good, but much needed improvement in their efficiency and customer service.

We came to Industry City for NYCxDesign and I was starving by the time we got there. Ninja Bubble Tea was open so we decided to pop in. I ordered the Ultimate Banh Mi which is a combination of the Veggie and the Chicken, and the boyfriend ordered the BBQ Chicken Banh mi. The ultimate was sooo good! Hearty from the chicken, yet refreshing from all the veggies. The bread was fresh too. These sandwiches definitely hit the spot. The menu also had a large list of fresh juices and smoothies as well. I’m looking forward to trying some of them, as I will most likely be at Industry City fairly often within in the coming year.

Cool spot. Cool people. Shockingly good chicken Vietnamese sandwich. The bubble teas are solid. I recommend the taro smoothie.

So, there are a few choices in this building for food and this is one of them. I had a Chicken sandwich and a Coconut bubble tea for lunch and it was quite yummy.
The atmosphere is much like the rest of the industry city building. There are a few tables for seating and it was a great choice to go to today because I didn’t have to leave the building in the cold for lunch.
I would certainly go back again when I have some extra lunch money.
