This event was way too much fun! Thanks Aaron, Nino, and the rest of the guys at Williamsburg Pizza for being so accommodating! And thank you Peter for putting this together! I’m going to eat my mozzarella for breakfast right now. Yes, it’s 4:30 in the afternoon and I said ‘breakfast’. It’s called a hangover. *Peter, please don’t let Evan R. into anymore BK events; he just screws everything up…

Hats off to Aaron, Nino and the crew at Williamsburg pizza! You have managed to take one of my biggest addictions, Fresh Mozzarella, and turned it into a tasty DIY that I am now confident to do on my own(once i smuggle the necessary ingredients to NY). Its also one of those things i can check off my bucket list. Next, GOATCHEESE! You guys rock. From the tasty samplings(hello truffle square slice) to the take home goodies and the lively instruction from Nino(who rocked a sweet hat!) it was surely a great evening that made leaving the office early all worthwhile. I definitely think Williamsburg Pizza should start a monthly cheesemaking class(coursehorse?). This was a great time with a very small, well behaved Elite group of Unilocal Eliters(except for Evan, naturally). I enjoyed talking about balls and all sorts of cheesy inuendo and can’t wait to show off my cheesemaking skills when i get my smuggled milk in from my Amish connections. You guys rock! Big thanks to Peter D, Aaron, Nino and the crew of Williamsburg Pizza. I had an amazing time. Oh, and I will be referring to myself as the pionner cheese maker when i place my next order for delivery. :-) Oh, and I already destroyed a portion of cheese with the fresh baked bread. Tastiest Mozzarella I have ever had.

«You did WHAT?» my roommates asked. «Cheese? From scratch?» I plopped a gorgeous ball of fresh mozzarella down on the table and watched their eyes grow big. This stuff was the real deal — salty, sweet, tender, FRESH mozzarella, stretched under the tutelage of Nino at Williamsburg Pizza. Monique R. said it — this was definitely something to cross off the bucket list! There’s something incredibly satisfying about the process of making a food from scratch that you’ve previously only enjoyed in restaurants, or from an Italian deli. I think that Williamsburg Pizza could make a killing by offering monthly mozzarella making meetings(alliteration FTW). I know that my boyfriend, coworkers, friends, and oh, yes, my mother all verbalized their desire to learn how to make cheese from scratch. Aaron and Nino were so welcoming and kept us well fed with slices of delicious fresh bread, and, of course, pieces of their amazing pies. I loved the Calabrese, with salty black olives and sopressata. Great idea Peter D., and thanks so much to all the guys at Williamsburg pizza for spending the evening with us, guys!

Aaron, Nino and the rest of the guys at Williamsburg Pizza were amazing. Why Nino’s Mozz-making Class is not a once a month occurrence yet is beyond me. He was comical, quite authoritative and really knows how to make cheese. Even more important, he knows how to make«making cheese» into a great time! Williamsburg pizza is awesome. I came in from Manhattan. I took the train 30 minutes or so. It was SOOOOOOO worth it, as I had a great time making cheese with the other ten or so elites at the table. But seriously, there should be more Mozz-making classes at Williamsburg pizza! Let us know if there will be anymore classes! I took my mozz and can’t wait to eat it! Thank you Williamsburg Pizza! You and your pizza Rock!
