If I could give zero stars! Firstly they demanded a deposit for bringing in my coat and they asked for my drivers license to verify my identity! When it was time to pick up my coat, it came back dirtier than when I dropped it off. There was lint all over and the one dirty spot I wanted them to clean was still there. I end up using a wet cloth and the stain came out! I could’ve saved $ 15! Never going back to them again!

Horrible place. They dont care about the customers at all. Provide bad service. They’ll take your money, but, that’s all they good tor.

Sadly, as much as I like the guys that run this place and their dry cleaning services, I can no longer recommend it.
I have lost over $ 200 of garments with their drop-​off laundry service. They don’t run the service themselves but contract it out to someone, so it’s not entirely on them. However, that doesn’t matter. It’s extremely aggravating to realize you’ve lost items you paid money; some items were items I just recently purchased and got to wear to once. I’ve brought this to their attention as its been going on for months and driving me crazy because I thought it was all me; only when my wife started missing things then I realized this is a major problem.
The laundry service contractor is abysmal and should not be in business. I am never ever, ever, ever dropping off my laundry here or anywhere ever again. I’ll do it myself to prevent this kind of nonsense.
The only reason I am not giving one star is because I still intend to use the dry cleaning from time to time as it’s pretty good, generally. Otherwise, I’m incredibly put off.

This dry cleaner is run by people who don’t care about their customers. I took my very expansive winter jacket for dry cleaning here. I asked them if they are able to clean it as it was special mink material. After telling me not to worry, I came back a few weeks later to find that they had completely burned the jacket. It was a terrible job and when I cried in the store and confronted them they kicked me out. Do your self a favor and stay away from this dreadful place. This is the first time in my life that I’m writing a review on anything.

Upon recommendation from fellow Brooklyn brides, I brought my dress here to be dry cleaned. Fast service which took about a week to get it back. 120 to clean, 40 to preserve it. Cash only!
