I’ve been training w Alan’s boot camp for 3+ years now. I tend to get bored with workouts but Alan is always changing things up, keeping it fun and fresh and always challenging. He’s a pro and knows how to get you to reach your goal. I’ve lost 15 lbs in the last year with regular training plus Alan gave me advice on nutrition/diet — this together was what finally got me to achieve my fitness goal after years of trying. And after 3+ years I haven’t been bored yet. Love this guy.

This is my first online review EVER and I just had to do it because Alan is such a good trainer. I have been going to NYC Boot Camps for a while and Alan has really helped with my transformation. I have lost pounds and inches and gained muscle. Alan is a tough trainer that really knows how to push you to your limits while encouraging you to do your best. He is also so good at adapting for everyone’s fitness level while keeping the whole group engaged. I would highly recommend Alan and NYC Boot Camps!

I’m new to Alan’s boot camp classes & i LOVE it, i’m seeing results & improvement already. He’s excellent trainer, and not boring. I highly recommend him as he is a great all around trainer and he will help you achieve your fitness goal.
