I have to agree with many of the other reviewers. In bad service, high prices… Look elsewhere.

«Easy» ??? Hardly! As many others have said, if I could, I would give this place negative stars. What an awful experience.
I had a simple order of branded cocktail napkins for a client event. I called to place my order and confirm timing, which seemed simple enough. Once our credit card had been charged, I awaited a prompt to share artwork, which had been fully prepared. Silence. I called back the following day and was told «Oh yeah, you have to email files.» I asked what file format they required and was told «any file» which I figured was a bad sign. To be safe, I provided PDF, JPG, and EPS files of our artwork (black napkins with white knock-​out logo). Silence. I called yet again and was told «Oh yeah, we need the reverse artwork to go to print,» meaning white background with black artwork. Ugh, fine. Provided.
Fast-​forward three days to the day of our event. I get a missed call at 9:16 AM. I call back at 9:21 AM to find out that the office has a «surprise off-​site meeting» all day and that our printed napkins would have to be picked up by 10 AM or no one would be there to hand them off. Luckily, with only 40 mins notice, we were able to rush a courier there at our own expense.
Then to add insult to injury, they had stretched and manipulated our client’s logo. Branding fail.
I would NEVER EVER recommend this «business» to anyone. As a small business owner myself, I would be mortified if my team operated in such a messy, careless, and unprofessinal way.

They let their dog out without a leash and it poops all over the sidewalk and they don’t clean it up. Weekly.
Disgusting.

Terrible company. Ordered same day rush business cards. Placed order and paid. Their online form for uploading files was not working, so I had to email them the files. Not a problem, except because of the delay I passed the strict «2pm cutoff time» and they tried to charge me an extra $ 75 for the processing. I spoke with a manager Frank who was not willing to budge and waive the fee, even though it was an error on their end. Terrible customer service, can’t even speak to the quality of the print because it never got done. Go elsewhere.

I’m shocked that this business has so many poor reviews. I’ve been ordering business cards from them for 3+ years and have never had a problem nor negative experience. The online design system might be a bit challenging for those who are not more tech savvy but it’s quite efficient.

As others have stated, I’d give this place zero stars or negative stars if I could. They promise a lot of stuff which is all lies, about how they’re working 24 hours and so forth. The only way I got my print job when I needed it, although long after it was initially promised, was by threatening to dispute the charge with Amex. I called them tons of times the night the job was supposed to be ready — no answer.
Went down to the shop — it was completely dark and closed. Went by the next morning. They weren’t open when they were supposed to be. After tons of back and forth by email I managed to get the job just before I needed it. It had some print defects but was mostly OK. However, the premium I paid for a rush job was wasted since they didn’t get it done in the promised time, and the stress almost gave me a heart attack.
I have no idea how they stay in business.

If I could give zero stars I would. The worst possible experience printing a very simple job. Where do I begin? The fact that they changed pick up locations? The fact that I had to go to a dumpy storefront with two barking dogs to pick up my order? The place was filthy and smelled badly like dogs.
I had to repeat my order # fifty times and hey they didn’t look that busy. Every time I called they pretended they didn’t remember me. It was a joke. To call this a business gives other businesses a bad name. Do not order from them ever.

If you’re looking for a way to launder money, this place could probably help. If you’re looking for a place to print stuff, this place is not your stop. BUY A PRINTER INSTEAD.
There is no way this is a legit business and not some sort of front for something else. I actually find it hilarious how unlikely it is that this is an actual business. I walked in today to print 4 copies off of a flash drive. It looks like no one has printed anything there in 15 years. There are two large copy machines & a computer covered in dust. There was discarded clothing and garbage on top of the copiers and on the floor. There are two shelves on the wall with 2 mugs on each one. It was like a film set. «See? We have coffee mugs! People must do work here!» There is a dog and a cat hanging around the front who probably do more work than the employees.
In the back, (thru a door marked «employees only») you can see piles of blankets and clothes and garbage bags.
I have no idea how these people pay rent for a storefront in such a highly trafficked area but I can assure you it is not through doing print design or WEB DESIGN? Hilarious. I will give the lady credit though. She tried to do a lot of «we have a business» small talk such as «Wow. Look at this rain. I guess summer is over!» I wasn’t in the mood to play along.
In the end, I was desperate and it was pouring rain so i made my 4 copies and they charged me $ 3.50 and I paid it and ran away forever and never looked back.

I would give them 0 Stars if I could. They never delivered the job and still charged my credit card. Do not use these guys. Ever. They are shady thieves.

Customer service was really good from the people on the phone, but my 24hr rush job was delivered completely unusable…

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They stole my money and then iced me out.
On a Monday, they took my order for same-​day business cards. When I emailed over the artwork, I received no confirmation that they had gotten started on the order.
I called the next day to confirm that the order was ready for pickup. It wasn’t.
I waited a few hours. Still not ready. They finally called me at 8:10 PM, after I waited in the car for 2 hours. When I called I specified told them I needed them for an event on Wednesday.
I am extremely disappointed with the cards delivered to me as you cannot read the font. The person at the Park Slope shop told me it was my fault because it did not meet your standards and NO ONE bothered to tell me it did not look right or meet the print standards, so instead 500 VERY EXPENSIVE business cards were printed that are useless to me. The worst part is I needed them for a convention tomorrow and now I have nothing.

Even the order process was mind blowing — it took about 30 minutes for me to relay the credit card information to the person taking the order. Afterward, when I emailed over the artwork, I received no confirmation that they had gotten started on the order.
I called the next day to confirm that the order was ready for pickup. It wasn’t.
I waited a few hours. Still not ready.
I called at the end of the business day. Not ready, and no idea when it would be ready. This was ruining my day. They said they’d call the second the cards arrived.
I called during my event I needed the cards for in the first place. Nope, not ready.
The following Monday I get an email stating the cards are ready to be picked up. Too late guys, so I replied and asked for a refund. No response. I call, I’m told to email
. No one responded from that email either.
I spent two weeks calling, emailing every email address I had for them, and repeating. I finally got ONE email back. It was legalese, and a copy of their various order policies. The email said I had to return the products before the investigation could proceed. So I replied immediately, and pointed out that I have never even picked the cards up. No response.
I just filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and disputed the charge on my credit card. I don’t expect results.
This is the shadiest place I have ever given my money to. Seriously, do not even TRY to give them your business.

This business, NYC Printing 123, took my order for a special print job (a personalized item), charged me for it, and then failed to ever ship the product. They refused to refund me my money, even after I waited several months.
Initially they said there were unexpected delays; after a few weeks, they refused to return emails and said on the phone that only a ‘manager’ could address the issue.
I finally turned to asking for a refund, which they said was ‘against their policy,’ even though they were also incapable of delivering the original product.
I have never experienced service this bad — bordering on crooked.
