Yelling managers, late deliveries, incompetent employees. There’s a UPS store up the street. Hate to not support local commerce, but this place is a zoo.

Great customer service! Christina took the time to pack 4 really heavy boxes for me (a total of over 100 lbs) so that they would arrive together. The whole staff is extremely friendly and helpful every time I go. Really appreciate the service you guys provide!

Natasha helped me package and send 5 boxes to my bridesmaids for my wedding. She was SO thorough and so helpful. She went above and beyond making sure that the packages were neatly taped and packed so that my bridesmaids wouldn’t have a mess in a box when the parcel arrived. I am so thankful for Natasha and her thoughtfulness! Love this place!

Alright so after reading everything said on the older page and new page I must say.
This place has its ups and downs. I came here 10÷30÷15 to get everything done. I printed scanned faxed and shipped out plus got my keys cut. The big guy in the copy center was great and super helpful even when being slammed by so many people. The bubble girl in the corner with the glasses shipped out my documents was super helpful showed me my options and saved me $ 20. That tall girl I guess is the manager usually rude but was surprisingly nice and helpful guess it was a good day…

I’ve been using Office 11 211 for my package deliveries for over a year now and have never had a problem. Everyone is pretty friendly and never fails to help out.
Any previous bad reviews of this place seems like the individual’s problem looking to take it out on someone else.
The new location is a huge upgrade and I’m happy for them to get started in their new space. I’ll continue being a loyal customer and would recommend their services to anyone in the area!
