The quality of staff and care here are very good, but the policy they have of not being able to schedule an appointment more than one week ahead is so bizarre and I hope they change it. I’ve gotten different reasons like«the computer doesn’t work right and it sometimes cancels appointments automatically» or «sometimes people don’t show up if you schedule them more than a week ahead of time». It makes me think it is not a well run or well equipped business. Hopefully this will change soon, and even with this annoyance I will keep going back, as I’m seeing results.

I’ve had PT before but One on One was by far 100 times better than the other facility I used. The staff was friendly yet professional and made it a challenging but fun experience. I highly recommend Craig as your therapist but you can’t go wrong with any of the staff at One on One to guide you through the healing process.

So happy I went to One-On-One Physical Therapy! Craig and his staff were knowledgeable, professional, and effective in helping me to recover from my knee injury. I was also impressed with the follow-up pointers given to help me continue my progress. Only downside is the parking at this location but the care received was worth it! I hurt my leg with less than three weeks to the NYC Marathon. I was having trouble running 3 miles and wasn’t sure if the marathon was going to happen. Anthony and Ricky helped me get back into shape and gave me lifelong tips to prevent future injury. I exceeded my goal time and crossed the finish line injury free.

Referred here by my Orthopedic Surgeon, but when trying to schedule an appointment, I was told that trying to find parking nearby is «hectic». Hard to get to if you’re on crutches. Thanks.
